2020 is finally coming to an end! This has been simultaneously the slowest and fastest year ever. Events around the world were cancelled amongst everything else horrible going on and going away, but here on Mengel Miniatures I tried my best to keep everyone as entertained as I could. At the time I painted this as a gift for a friend who was collecting Bloodbound, but I've always really liked this color scheme and have flirted with doing my own army of deranged psychopaths in this same scheme a few times.

Often times when I'm working on a new army I either have an army list I'm building towards or I have a huge pile of stuff waiting to get painted because I bought in bulk; or even both! With my Necrons I've actually approached them in a completely different manner, and to be honest, it's been very refreshing!

It's been a little over a year since Warcry first came onto the scene and we now have our first major expansion in the form of Catacombs! This also acts as a sort of replacement starter set for the game since the old one has been discontinued. What new tricks does Catacombs bring to the game and what comes in the big new box? Lets dive into the dungeons and find out! -
