battalion might be useful to move the varghulf up the field so the knights can’t charge out of regen/undead save range.
I actually think the battalion is great. I a little tax heavy for sure but if you up the flayers to 6 or 9 they provide a guaranteed 24" move and then charge. 28" move in blisterskin. Gives you turn 1 alpha or beta strike to hit practically anything you want. All you need is to pass the d3 attacks spell and you're golden.

Is there a consensus on the best artifact for ghoul king on terrorghiest? Ethereal amulet is an obvious choice but is only really strong when coupled with the reversing cogs save rerolls. Gryph feather charm is decent but +1 to hit is handed out like candy now adays. Doppelganger cloak skews for combat and ragged cloak skews for anti shooting which is great now with the rise of Cities and impending kharadron. The grim garland turns screams into reliable mortal wound output. has anyone used the heart of the gargant for one reliable round of combat? Also thought about throwing on the sword of judgment since it's basically 10 attacks with the double pile in, it turns the ghouls kings ****** attacks into something to be feared by enemy monsters and heroes. What are your guys experiences?

Hey guys just got a fec army and was wondering what you guys thought was the best 5-0 list for tournaments out there. I'm coming from LoN so the lack of bodies is worrying but I'm sure the raw power makes up for it. Feast day, gristle and blisterskin all seem very competitive. Cities have definitely brought shooting back and OBR are a really tough shell to crack. Whatcha guys think?

With grimghasts out what are peoples thoughts on GG? They're worse in every way except that they do better against single model units. Do you have to run 30 or is 20 enough? What ever kills 20 will probably kill 30 right? I'm trying to find silver lining after all our nerfs. Also... As an aside. Slaanesh Summoning is bonkers. Saw a friend summon back 1k pts at bottom of 2 after getting doubled by gristlegore. Summoned another 1k by games end and won

Wanted to know what u guys thought about this list. The kings ghouls battalion is only there to reduce me to 5 drop. It gets me an extra mount trait and gives battlshock immunity to anything around the crip ghast courtier, I'll be using that exclusively on the 40 ghouls. I basically have 2 screens and 4 seperate threats, the 2 monsters, 40 ghouls, and 6 horrors. I'll be Summoning in a varghulf for the horrors. I know I know.... It doesn't have an arch regent but I had to make a sacrafice somewhere

It absolutely can, they are summonable and legions of Nagash, NOT solely nighthaunt. Therefore recieve all benefits of alliance abilities

New player question. If you include allies the enemy can target the allies first and by pass forgotten nightmares correct?
