I loved the Meeting Engagement rules and played them quite a lot in our club.
These rules have weaknesses but to combine them with Path to glory will be a lot of fun, especially if you are not playing competitively.

I played a 1500 points game against a Troggoth army. It was my first game with Stormcast and only my second game in 3rd edition.
I had
Lord Relictor,
battlemage (Ghur)
2 x 2 Fulminators
2x 5 Liberators
1x6 Longstrike Raptors
1x3 Aetherwings.
I played a Hammers of Sigmar stormkeep army.
The Longstrike were really good. Although they only killed 3 Troggoths in turn one with Thunderbolt volley and normal shooting phase. They really worked great the whole game.
One shot from them and a charge from the Fulminators and whatever was there before was gone.
And our high save values are great. Even Liberators can be pushed quite well and stay at a 4+ save against rend 2 enemies.
And Liberators are great. In Stormkeep they have so many possibilities to do mortal wounds, it is great. I really loved to play with them.
And I love how the third editions plays in general.

for more in depth answers to that question you can take a look at what @PJetski discussed on his podcast here:
there's many good points discussed but general is there's no "better" thing in the void!
2x5 retributors will make your enemy sweat cause that type of small squads can TP easily and destroy a unit (they hit harder than the protectors and will not recquire a lot of baby sitting to be efficient).
they can go on solo missions and dig holes on tanky units, destroy a fragile monster/elite unite...etc
10 man protector squad have another utility, since they are more numerous they benefit better from stacking buffs and can be used to challenge even bigger threats when you combine everything on them (unleash thy hatred, +1 to hit and wound, maybe a prayer to get explosive 6's to hit...etc).
Ideally you want to power them up and send them at the right time on a key target to make it explode and stay in the neighborhood for a while destroying what might challenge them (and with a 2+ save and 30wounds not many people will want to come closer unless they have the tools to deal with you).Thank you this is one of the best reviews I have seen. Fantastic. I propose that you offer your audio also as podcast via iTunes etc. You will reach more people.

I love the update on the great alliance order FAQ. Alle the old units warscrolls are back, some were updated I think. For example the cannon.

The files came from 3 wall sets from printable scenery. The schist wall set, the guardhouse set and the free rampage set
Great thank you!

I love that they introduced another location as campaign rules for Warcry.
I hope many other locations will follow, because this has a lot of potential.
I also loved the Soroth Khor campaign which is located in the eight points, but the concept could be transferred to anywhere in the Mortal Realms

I bought all books in meantime. They are really good. Let’s hope for end of quarantine to find some people for gaming.

So these are all hardback-only, right? Has GW stopped making ebooks altogether?
I do not hope so. I am still waiting to buy the ePub files. Necromunda and AoS are still supported with digital books.

Do not buy cards, buy the destruction battletome.
There are all rules for destruction minis included.

Go for it, it sounds great!

I wish they would release the ebooks. I am not buying physical books anymore, for me it is annoying to wait longer for the ePub version.

I would be interested too.

I ran a warband with two Khorgorats and lots of blood reavers. It was fun.
Yes you are slow but you have serious punch in melee and a nice number of bodies on board.
-
GW released the information that they will publish Warcry Battletomes.
I am excited, what do you think?
