That would feel very out of left field to me, and I really hope gitz and mawtribes are on the docket before a new destruction faction releases. Drogrukh also feel like they’d inevitably be mega-gargants lite, like BCR running all stonehorns, and that seems like an odd way to double down on an existing play style when updating those existing armies is needed. I guess we’ll see either way

I’m a big fan of transparency. A bit of “this was the intent” can go a long way in explaining why things are a certain way.

They did a week of teasers that led up to a single box reveal. A lot of people in my discord chats and on Reddit were pretty livid, myself included. It’s an admittedly small sample size but if it was proportionate with the global community… /assumptions made

Neither of the sylvaneth banners look like glade symbols I recognize, but could be simplified versions of a couple. Heartwood and Harvestboon spring to mind, and heartwood would match up with Kurnothi. ugh I gotta wait a week and a half for this

Also worth noting imo… The Hunger has different wording than current rules and I’m sitting here wondering if that’s about to be FAQ’d or a SBGL update is closer than we think.

They seriously, seriously need to release some better timelines and product releases. We know two times will /exist/ and nothing else beyond that. Especially after that harrowdeep week I’m really fed up with their marketing team.

As much as I’d love these hints to be Ogor verification it feels much more like coy “I guess we’ll see haha” general noncommittal to anything. I’m not getting hopes up.

Yknow also, a point in the favor of the existing models: being so interchangeable with each other is such a pro. We all love customizability and I hope any refreshes or new units we get still has a touch of that in the design.

My biggest hope for New Stuff is (maybe a rhinox??) heavy cavalry to fit in between mournfang light cavalry and Stonehorn/Thundertusk Monster Cavalry. And for Thundertusks to be as useful as stonehorns.

Big agree. I’d love some model refreshes but honestly? Give me some quality of life updates rather than an overhaul, a few more tools in the toolkit, some point rebalance, and a couple Big Bad Bosses.
