Ya there needs to be some more tinkering with it overall. The Legion really IS Slaves to Darkness. They are always hanging around each other according to the lore (and make the weapons for the Varanspire folks).

  I also think Renders should be battleline if just a Tauruk is general and Shartor should have the Tauruk keyword.  Drazhoath should also have the Bahal keyword, being he's on a giant bull and master of the temple.  He needs +1 to hit!

I don't think they've ever gotten an update as part of a FAQ. I don't recall it anyway. Usually it was a few weeks after. I asked on the couple of official Facebook groups. We'll see.

Ya notice that Tzeentch, Seraphon, and KO are also not listed there (as they are most likely getting proper updates soon).

So, maybe LoA is in that same boat?

LoA could/should have some Mercenary Units available for any Chaos I would think. 

But, yes they should have some Slaves to Darkness tie. Just finished the Warcry Anthology and reading Scourge of Fate now and they are mentioned in both.

The problem with the terrain in the A Song of Ice and Fire picture isn't that it's 2D, it's how you interact with terrain that's always annoyed me about Rank and Flank. Basically, it's just a solid obstacle. Granted, at least they likely won't be using movement templates like in Rune Wars. Might as well be playing a naval miniatures game at that point.

I don’t think we know if this will split the player base. If it’s squares and movement trays, I won’t dip into Old World. Maybe it’s a skirmish game. Maybe it’s an epic scale game. Maybe it’s something new entirely. In that case, I’ll be intrigued.

I was listening to Warhammer Weekly just now and they mentioned the very strong possibility that Seraphon will betting an updated book before the end of the year or in January... followed by Tzeentch and KO... which will bring everything up to speed with 2.0.

So... wishful thinking... but maybe they will be updating these two Forgeworld armies as well... or axing them...! (although I consider LoA to be current with 2.0).

So ya... I'm a bit nervous. 😅

I hope the Soulbound thing is optional. It's neat... but... I dunno.. I'd like the game balanced to play without it as well.

It's my preferred way to play honestly. I was already enjoying ME game, but having played some Warcry recently, it's opened my eyes to the possibilities for what they could do with this format even more.
