I don't think either River or Zenith Temples will appear with Tyrion; they will appear as individual updates as and when the storyline requires.  The 4 Aelimentari are all Teclian.  Tyrion will, if anthing, have (up to) 4 Martial Academies with each mastering a particular fighting style.  The Temples seem to be following a trend of 1 or 2 units, a hero and a centrepiece.  I would guess that any Tyrionic Schools would probably follow a similar pattern. Perhaps the centrepieces will be large war beasts, Dragonesque or Phoenix-like,  Hyshian fauna to counterpoint the Hyshian elements.  One would assume that Hyshian creatures are of higher intelligence than similar species from the other Realms.

I don't think Tyrion will appear for some time.  From the lore, it seems that Tyrion believes Slaanesh is bound beyond doubt. I would say not until after Slaanesh has fully escaped Their prison will He realise His mistake, and I don't see Slaanesh escaping any time soon now that the unformed one has been birthed.  Slaanesh will want to maintain the illusion of imprisonment while having part of Him/Her free to act in the Realms unnoticed.

I would love to see this personally but it seems a little odd to me that the new blade masters aren’t one of the 4 martial skills of this is the case. But I would love to see war dragons and more classic high elf stuff. Also I don’t think we will get a lot of Phoenix stuff because that is basically confirmed to be the sun spirit. Maybe the lore will change a lot in the new battletome and broken realms.

So... do we think this is the last reveal, or is Tyrion on our horizons? We have the twin favoured by him, and surely we are getting the rules from the Tyrionic nations with the new book. I can dream!

I think Tyrion will get his own broken realms book in a year or so with wave 3 of Lumineth. Probably will have chariots,  war machines and more vanari units along with the water temple.

I wonder whether BR3 may include a small Chaos release?

Possibly just boxing up the Chaos Warriors and Knights from the SC set but also potentially a few 'undivided' daemons for Bel'Akor akin to Furies?

Maybe some larger fury-esque creature that was what rescued Van Brecht?

I’m also hoping for unaligned daemons, maybe a multipart kit for warriors and knights hopefully. Furies need a multipart kit also as they only have 3 poses. Another awesome rerelease would be an updated chaos lord on manticore because the old model is looking a little dated.

  4. If broken realms Morathi is any indication releases could go like this which is my hope...

    1. BR Teclis and rest of Lumineth

    2. Soulblight Gravelords release in between broken realms

    3. Broken Realms Allarielle with Belakor

    4. Kurnothi or Slaves expansion in between books

    5. Broken realms Malerion with first wave of Umbarneth

    6. Another battletome in between this and last broken realms

    7. Broken realms Tyrion with Tyrion and another wave of lumineth

I think new Zombies are all but guaranteed, since we have seen new Zombie-Silhouttes in the Cursed City trailer.

What perplexes me is the Underworlds Warband:

So far all other warbands consist of a Leader + battleline. But those Vampires look like they are ALL leaders (except the bat dude). So what do they represent? I think the Von Carstein looking male Vampire will be a leader option (generic Vampire Lord?). But the mace-wielding Vampire? Could be an elite unit, same with the female Vamp and the "halfbreed" Vamp could be a battleline.

New Blood Knights I think are quite likely, since the leaked Vampire Lord with the bat-hair has a blood dragon shield.

New Coven Throne I personally don't see as realistic. A new warscroll, yes. Rather I think we will get a different kind of centerpiece model.

New beasts (Bats, Wolves, Varghulf) would be dope. But I don't know if GW wants to retain that side of ye old Vampire Counts. If we see new ones, expect a "twist" to them, just like the new Zombies have their graves on their back etc.

Yeah but who would be the new centerpiece model? And maybe it’s a very elite army and vampires are really only the commanders. But I really think new bat swarms and Dire wolves are needed but with a new twist.

  6. What new kits do you guys think the gravelords will get? I made a short list of my hopes for new kits...

    1. New Blood Knights

    2. New Zombies

    3. New Bat Swarm

    4. New Dire Wolves

    5. New Half Bat Vampires like in the underworlds warband

    6. New Coven Throne

    7. Vampire thralls (lesser vampires)

    8. Some new monster unit (no idea what this would be)

    9. New prince Vordhai

I found it ok/good. It does have a bit of lore around the Alarith, mainly though how they think (the protagonist is an aspiring Stoneguard with two Stoneguard sensei), less so about the organization of the temples, although there is a little bit of it in there. What I liked most about the novel is that the author basically takes the pictures of the Wardens from the 4 different GN in the BT, makes a character out of each, and introduces the 4 distinct cultures through those characters. The novel also has a proper villainous villain. There is also a pretty interesting encounter with an Endless Spell, and so on.

The storyline isn't very surprising, and like many other BL novels, the author does like to show how introspective their main character is, but I found it an easy fun read all in all.

@LuminethMage is correct. The main thing I found disappointing was the lack of story and character development. It wasn’t a bad read just... lacking I guess.
