Been way out of the loop recently. Finally got some cash together and want to grab the new book and bolster what I've got.
Here's my currently available list. Would love some suggestions on where to take it.
Leaders:
Morathi.
Cauldron (can go all three ways)
Ironscale
Medusa/Slaughter/Hag (2 of 3, see cauldron)
Morgwaeth
Battleline:
10x Sisters w/ bucklers
10x Witches w/ bucklers
Other:
10x Blood Sisters
5x Blood Stalkers
5x Heartrenders
9x Shadowstalkers
It's about 1960 in the app.
What other than the book and the spells are worth picking up and where to lean the build?

Having read the last few posts I figured I'd chime in.
I can't help but feel Morathi is pushing into Ashqy as she's burnt her bridges elsewhere with the ascension. She is now looking to get existing temples around the other mortal cities to expand and push her reach out into the other realms to put some distance and muscle between her and Malerion.

@5kaven5lave My initial instinct would have been to drop the Ironscale for a Hag on foot. Brings you back to switching those Lifetakers for Heartrenders or Shadowstalkers.
Now, I have yet to get my DoK to a table so all my theorycrafting could be absolute nonsense, so take this with a heavy pinch of salt and hope someone wiser weighs in.
Edit: Some additional thoughts...
I'd maybe also consider switching temples but at that point it starts to look like a very different list. What's the game plan with this?

Hey, I'm new to this as well so keen to see what kind of replies you get.
I took the plunge into AoS in Feb with Mortal Realms.
Always loved NH so it seemed like a no brainer getting drip fed two armies.
What with rona and all I found myself with money to spend I couldn't spend in the pub/restaurant/gigs etc.
I cracked hard and just started accumulating plastic.
There's a lot of options in the book.
I'm sitting on about 5k of useable stuff but no clue where to start with a build.

I was kinda hoping for a little more granularity on the warscroll but it's going to make building way less of a head scratcher.
They seem like a shoo-in for the points at the moment so calling that a massive win.

Only dipped my toe into Sylvaneth thus far and finally decided to do something about that second Branchwych I had lying around.

Thanks @Lucentia Had totally overlooked that on the warscroll. On the plus side, one less whip to snap off when I get them built.
I'm assuming the cursed missiles covers all the ranged options, repeater bows and the ring.
Kinda glad I can go entirely rule of cool with them as I'm unlikely to use them for Warcry.

Anyone bought and built the Khainite Shadowstalkers yet?
Got mine on the way along with Morgwaeth and her crew.
Wondering if there's been any math done on the builds yet or not.

I still can't understand why that isn't a thing.
I was hoping for a bit of flex in the leader composition to have her compete with the Medusa for the general spot.
She'd have been better as a ranged unit unlocking Stalkers mind you.

That's my line of thought. I'm aiming for at least 30/30 - Sisters/Witches.
I'm also trying to see if I can find a snake list I'm happy with but it just feels like too few bodies with Morathi kicking about.

Seems to be bucklers all the way these days and a combo of Sisters and Witches.
The bucklers make em a little more survivable and when buffed you don't seem to lose too much in the way of damage.
Take all this with a pinch of salt though. All I've done is dig through posts and some mathhammer in those. Still building my army and don't know when I'll get them to the table. If your group is pretty relaxed on wysiwyg go rule of cool.
I prefer the look with dual blades tbh but still stuck those bucklers on the first ten.

I've stumbled into some DoK.
Got points to push playable if neutered. I'm just looking for advice on what to build.
I've got:
1x Ironwrack
5x Bloodstalkers
5 x Bloodsisters
10x Witches
10x Sisters
I've got a start collecting and Morathi to build.
Got a half an idea.
Would love some suggestions.

There is a short and simple answer to this. GW don't print cardboard.
They'll make money printing rulebooks sure, but that's because they want you buying new books every 12-18 months.
They do print plastic. With the way they have been performing as a company lately, if I was a shareholder, I don't think I'd want that to change.
Best we can hope to see is more licencees for the IP.
