I need some more credible rumours before i am starting to believe this. But a rumour is a rumour and we could really use a few more. I actually think BoC are well represented in the lore this season and i personally dont see them going anytime soon. They also have a lot of potential for AoSification.

I wouldnt put it past GW to make this move though. My O&G got split up with the start of AoS and after AoS 1st edition half my army got squated. Now it seems like GW is busy squating models again with Wanderers and some other CoS units. They are showing us that even after all these years our models arent necessarily safe from the chopping block. I fear for my Spiderfang subfaction to this day (and some lesser extent Bonesplitterz/Ogors).

I think this is a classic GW problem. Bad sales due to bad support, or bad support due to bad sales? A quick look shows BoC has like 3 kits that are not online only at the moment and 1 of those are Tzeentch. Are most of the models even still sold at all? Dont know enough about our beast friends. If BoC get squated within the era of the beast it would be a massive kick in the ........ Edit: I have to agree that BoC are spread very thin at the moment between all the chaos books. Maybe they will be a subfaction in the future of S2D? I feel like S2D needs an overhaul with all the warband clutter and ToW overlap.

I need to add the steel rook to this lethis army idea, its the perfect model. If i am not able to get this mini i will have to scrap the whole idea.

That is true. Didnt we also get the Soulblight Gravelords refresh around the same time? I think GW wants to release as much as possible before 4th drops. After that i think it will be a lot of 40k/ToW/other games while we wait for the AoS dust to settle.

The app should include an open play option so i can freely create mixed lists and other things not possible in matched play.

Could still be possible for the other "kings" to get a release. Broken Realms Kragnos had these models. I would say there is room for a few surprises.

Im thinking Sylvaneth is too obvious. It looks like some part of a base. Maybe part of something that eats bugs? Giant anteater like beast? Or a giant spider..... no dont want to go there yet.

GW reasonable with some of these prices? Gore Grutas are 65 euro's. Are the Morbheg Knights so much smaller? Edit: or Gore Gruntas just that overpriced.

I dont like the dryad kit at all after having build 32 of them. It feels really dated and the details are lacking. There are not enough options in the kit to make them not look so samey imho. The models do look pretty good on the tabletop. So i guess they arent in a hurry update those soon. Cant imagine what updated dryads would look like. The only image i get is just the revenants. Cant help but feel like revenants were supposed to be the new battleline but they chose to keep the dryads around.

What if... CoS got a Morrda inspired subfaction. I think the dark riders already fit the theme. Love the idea of raven riders as a demigryph replacement. (Years have i tried to get this thing...)

I agree. The fact that the Snarlfang Riders and Rippas Snarlfangs already have the Gitmob keyword is enough reason for me to believe they will be getting a tome or update at some point. The Gitmob keyword has no connection to anything in the Gloomspite Gitz tome. Rippas warband didnt have the Gitmob keyword 2nd edition. The reason for this might be that Gitmob is getting released before a potential new tome drops. That way it shouldnt matter that much if it is a Gloompsite Gitz update to the current tome or a new Frazzlegitz tome 4th edition. The groundwork has already been laid out including lore bits.

I really hope all our beloved armies are getting refreshes at some point. And it seems like the 2 i like most are the still a mystery (bonesplitterz, spiderfang). I would also guy new stabbas/shootas in a heartbeat. At this point i dont want to buy into decades old models that look out of place compared to the new goodness GW continues to release. I feel like i am not the only one who feels this way. I also think that it forces GWs hand to some extend to update these units or at least the popular onces like the gitz.

Give me a greenskinz version of this one for frazzlegitz please. Seems like the perfect thing between gitmob and grotbag. I also hope to see some generic sourbreath troggoths sometime as a unit of 5. I think it would round out the subfaction.

I agree, i am trying to kitbash some beastsnaggas for my next project.

I like the classic Morruks more if i had to pick one. Most of the AoS era orruks designs look great imho. Bonesplitterz have much potential and the recent Ironjawz wave has some great units. I also like some of the Kruleboyz designs. It took me some getting used to but i like them now. I agree with the Mirebrute, great Troggoth design and would like to see more of those, i also like the ranged units a lot. I dont like the Marshcrawla and Hobgrots though, thats just my opinion of the unit itself and not the design space used here. But to me, to be honest, i dont get why Orruks need to be split up this much. I dont mind orruks with different body types mixed together, i am a big fan of Big Waaagh!! the most for that reason. The more options for creative freedom the better it is.

I like to plan ahead the projects i want to work on and slowly gather the models i would need. Might still change this up as i go. At the moment i have these 2 projects pending. 1000p Ironjawz with a Chamon wolf theme. Using lots of metal and wolves to build this force. Kitbashing thunderwolves and beastsnagga boyz as gore gruntas. Using fenrisian wolves with 2 beastsnagga handlers as an allied squig herd. Want to get this model and add him as a warchanter. My second project is a recent one. A non-sigmar/Morrda alligned Lethis CoS force led by Krethusa as a raven priest. Might throw in Doomfire Warlocks/ Dark Riders. I want to use the warcry hunter and hunted warband with the dogs and add a few ravens here and there and use steelhelms to make them count as battleline. Might have to get them printed somwhere. I also really like the marshal + envoy and the big cannon. I think i would be close to a 1000 points here.
