Feels like Necromunda to me. Kharadrons in Necromunda confirmed!

In my opinion, the some of the loveliest Dwarf models GW are doing right now are the Necromunda Squats. Really wish they'd done the Votann Kin the same.

Random thought: how long do you think GeeDubs will continue the ongoing storyline of AoS before they freeze the setting? Like, at what do you think they'll freeze it?

I don't think they will freeze it. They'll be careful not to paint themselves into a narrative corner like happened with 4Ok.

Halve their range is from the warhammer fantasy era

Isn't it just the Dryads and the (admittedly 3 build option) Treelords who came from WHFB?

The Branchwraith is still available but no longer has rules. Guess she'll be heading back to the Old World once the Wood Elves show up.

I think what they are releasing is simply based on which moulds they have available and in good shape, so I would better think they won't, and in case they at least you get a nice surprise.

It was a pain to assemble and regularly fell apart. But I still want one again.

  5. How does the narrative timeline work in AoS?

Following the release of the cinematic trailer does this mean that in the narrative 'present' that Skaveblight is now present for all to see in the realms? So has this event now happened from the perspective of all the fiction from now on such as the next Dawnbringers books and WarCom short stories?

I think Chaos Dwarfs are coming soon. Lost Kingdom miniatures received a letter from GW to remove their Magmhorin dwarfs. Especially the Lamussa,Taurus and bul-thaurs. It's a shame 😞, these have been on their store for years and now GW is coming after them.

It sucks that GW can do this 😞

Probably no new Cities stuff for a while

Oh, I think we can safely say they'll be a whole bunch of new models showing up in the Cities.

Just not what the residents might have been hoping for. Squeak 🐭

It'll be Sylvaneth based with a swampy watery feel that will lead to TGA over reacting and imploding over the idea that both the Satyr and Centaur Kuronethi and the IDK are both being cancelled and removed from the game.

What?! Kurnothi are being squatted? Outrageous! How can GW do this? 😉

    CoS did you say?

In my own personal wishlist based on nowt, Kin of the Stag are humans (and if I'm really lucky dwarves and elves) visually similar to Darkoath who have abandoned civilization to hang out in the woods and are (in with the Kurnoth) part of Sylvaneth.

I think the Dawnbringers lore says they were expelled from the Crusade. Not sure if that means they are also expelled from the City.

I think Kurnothi might still not be exactly what this forum thinks they are. They could also be 'normal' Sylvaneth that follow Kurnoth, like the Kurnoth hunters and Belthanos.

Or the (probably) human Kin of the Stag.

Wildercorps is in the CoS tome. If new Plague Monks are in the works at all, I would expect them to either be in the book from the start, or coming a good while (a year plus) later.

If we get the index thing with 4th Edition then we won't be getting Tomes straight away. So new e.g. Plague Monks could show up as a warband a while after launch of 4th and before the battle tome.

Iirc this is what happened with Space Marine scouts.

-*love* reactions on the SG Warhound rumour posts if I don't missremember

I might be remembering the wrong thing, but wasn't this Whitefang react possibly in response to a Mod's edit of the Warhound post due to unacceptable language?

The appearance bit was definitely a stretch Ill admit. I just want Destruction fleshed out, as it stands now its effectively Greenskins and Ogors.

Has there ever been in lore or official fiction any humans in destruction? I just can't see why there wouldn't be destro humans.
