  1. The talks with different peoples are nice but I don't like how we aren't getting nice shots of all the models anymore. Just the trailers.
  2. Whitefang is too great to just call him nb. 1 tga poster. He transcended us all ages ago
  3. With the other images I thought that maybe there was some color distortion going on here but with the red plume here its clear they aren't painted golden but silver or white instead. For any special Ruination chamber it makes sense if they use a special color scheme but this is a basic Liberator. I also can't seen them changing the basic Stormcast color from gold so the source of these images might not be the launch set but some showcase page about different paint schemes in a book instead?
  4. Since one looks more ornate maybe top one is a character and bottom is the generic unit version?
  5. Sure its only a few potato cams and that one Skaven sprue right now but if I remember correctly is was similar for 9th edition 40k and then suddenly we had that image with the full Necron refresh. Because of that they released a higher resolution version if that image on WarCom instead of in a reveal stream which I'm sure wasn't how they wanted it to go. So if they are lucky and it stays at potato rumour engines its fine but the question is if they want to risk it again. Its the balance what is more important to them. Revealing everything at the planned time and risking leaks or moving everything up but in turn revealing it how they want it to. And for something big like this I could see it being the second one. Anyway it doesn't really matter since we can't control anything and its only two more days anyway
  6. I wouldn't have expected GW to show off the actual launch set this week, only maybe one model per side together with a trailer like with 40k. But with all these leaks I think they kinda have to or they won't have anything left to show whenever they originally planned to
  7. While 6 isn't the most its still a quarter of all 2nd edition books which I wouldn't call nothing (And Idoneth and Maggotkin didn't even get 2nd edition books) I just hope that even if there are repeat covers, its at least none of those 6 again
  8. The 40k equivalent "Battle for Oghram" started together with the launch box release at the end of June and ran until the 10th of July so if our event only runs until the end of June then we can also expect it to start a little earlier. So we can expect a release of the launch box in the first half of June
  9. Probably not for the Spearheads if the price increase is in the next months (which is likely). They would have already set them at the new price as they did for other releases shortly before past price increases These are looking quite nice but probably not nice enough for how much they will cost with the Warhammer tax Straight to 6000 next!
  10. Seems pretty likely but I wonder what else could be up at the same time. Just those three would be a little lower than usual. Maybe the Underworlds team?
  11. So all these Darkoath are likely coming with Dawnbringers VI as a Chaos focused book right?
  12. In addition to this guy There are also these https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1iw4m1Z7G1/?spm_id_from=333.999.0.0&vd_source=a7e711a0f51061aac5c55e73a6445650 Apparently GW uploaded the wrong video on bilibili?
  13. I don't think we'll see SA yet, they probably still have stuff to reveal and I wouldn't expect the army set before everything is shown off. Kill Team, Warcry, Underworlds are probably more likely, with Kill Team the highest since the Night Lords half of the next box where revealed back in November already. Legions Imperialis could also get some more stuff, not necessarily the new stuff that gets their rules with the book released next Saturday but the old Titanicus and Aeronautica kits from the core book that still haven't been rereleased. Especially the missing Titans/Knights and the two discount boxes announced back in August would make sense since the newest book has a rules portion specifically about Titan/Knight battles.
  14. That veins on the middle part remind me of Tyranid spores: And the colorations look like how they painted the "spore sack" on the Biovore: So maybe another Tyranid model for the end of 10th campaign in two years? Would also fit the normal lead times on rumour engines
  15. These boxes are likely to be at different price points, the Cities one has 185€ of models inside while the FEC only has 144€ inside. Which is kinda strange as all the Combat Patrols and Vanguard sets have been at the same price point (110€ for Vanguards and 125€ for CP)
  16. 40k Combat Patrol is its own gamemode that mostly uses the normal 40k rules but uses preconstructed army lists made from the combat patrol boxes. The rules for the models and faction rules are slightly different from the normal rules so each combat patrol is balanced against each other. (Though they don't always do a good job with that) For example the Stormcast might not have all their rules or slightly weaker unit stats while the cities box might get a stronger faction rule than normal or additional unit buffs to even out the forces
  17. Of course I can't talk about everybody here but the fact they are old and we don't know what happens with them should be a big part of that. In my local area I was the only Seraphon player for years until they got their update and now there are three more. Same for Cities, no players before, two now. So while they for sure aren't that popular now, if they got a refresh like Seraphon or Cities that would also for sure change for the better. If they get as big a boost as other factions would get is the actual question.
  18. Yeah the fact you can get the pricelists from there has become more public in the last few months so they probably stopped putting them up there and are going to send them to the retailers via private ways instead in the future. the € prices posted here also aren't from the retailer page. But as long as we are still getting leaks of prices in one currency its not really a problem as you can just convert the prices to other currencies by looking at newer stuff on their webstore. For example for UK prices: Dawnbringers: Book IV: The Mad King Rises - £30.00 - based on Biovore Battletome: Flesh-eater Courts - £32.50 - based on Genestealers Fangs of the Blood Queen - £65.00 - based on Horrors of the Hive Flesh-eater Courts Dice Set - £18.00 - based on ADEPTUS MECHANICUS DICE SET Royal Decapitator - £22.50 - based on Black Templars Marshal Grand Justice Gormayne - £25.00 - based on Tyranid Prime Ushoran - £70.00 - based on Norn Emissary Abhorrant Cardinal - £24.00 - based on Librarian in Terminator Armour Cryptguard - £30.00 - based on Biovore Morbheg Knights - £35.00 - based on Psychophage These two aren't on the price list so will be webstore only Varghulf Courtier Marrowscroll Herald
