Back to poopooing on the Daemon prince, *one* ogroid from the new unit does more melee damage than any of the DP's weapons :S. It's GOT to be a typo, right?!

For anyone who's seen the Eternus warscroll, I believe that's the Centaurion marshall and Legionnaires with him in the photo.

A good pic of the Lord on Daemonic Mount is making the rounds now. Nice kinda throwback to the old pre-dragon Archaon model.

I could totally see a STD army box like the Lumineth one, but with the Centaurion Marshal as like a Bull-Centaur leader, with Legionnaires being Chorf warriors and Horns being a Bull-Centaur unit. Or maybe the Ogroids end up tying in here instead? Whatever they are, the Centaurion and the Legionnaires must be linked considering the names of the two.

Weren't there rumours of a new Jabberslythe before? I could see this being it. You've got similar wings, small undeveloped arms, big burly arms, and the back legs still end in one big spike (though they look a little more tyranid-y here). The thing undearneath the smaller wing looks like an arm with a shackle on it, but it might be the clubbed tail (with a shackle on it) or maybe the tongue? Whatever it is, it's body is twisting around. The orientation of the legs makes it look like its facing towards the left of our screens, but the wings make it seem like the upper body is facing towards the text.

The old "Gods" Battlescroll is no longer on the WHC site, only the new The Hunt one. With the 40k Dataslates, the old rules are continued in the new document if they're still applicable (the old Aircraft limit from Nov is still on the new Dataslate that came out today) and generally GWs rule is if a new document/book comes out and the rule doesn't carry over, it's obsolete (like the Mercs rules from GHB 2019 weren't in GHB 2020). So by that token are all the Gods rule updates no longer valid? I haven't seen anything saying that's not the case.

Any reviews happen to say the base size of the Incarnate? I'm interested in giving one a go with my Khorne army and I feel a bloody, skully kitbash coming on!

I've only been looking at things piecemeal today since I'm at work but one thing I'm not clear on: Does taking the bloodthirsty shiver count as your 3 battleline? The WHC article says you take 3 single sharks, which would imply yes to me, but the subfaction page doesn't seem to actually state *what* the shiver is.

Battle tactics are: [something] of the High Tide: Destroy 2 or more enemy units with IDK units under the effect of High Tide Revenge of the Namarti: Kill an enemy hero or monster with attacks from a Namarti unit Trapped in the Undercurrent: 3 (I think) IDK units retreat and charge in the same turn Predators of the Deep: Something about picking an enemy model with 8(?) or more wounds that has wounds allocated to it. I assume it's something for Allopex to kill. Deny Trespassers: Something about the shipwreck being more than 12" away from ... I assume its like the BoC one - If an enemy if within 12" of it, you get the tactic if there's no longer enemies within 12" of it. Isharan Defiance: Looks like pick an objective within the enemy territory, capture it with an Isharan unit Edit: GrimDork beat me by a few seconds

It seems like 40k has been having supply problems too. The stores around me seem to get the new releases sure, but they sell out the weekend of release and don't get restocked. I missed the boat on heavy intercessors when they came out in May last year and my local STILL hasn't gotten any more in since. I think their supply issues are running pretty deep right now and they're just scrambling to keep up with the weekly release thing.

For anyone keeping count, the only things left from the new years vid is the Chaos Knight, Tyranid, and the guy that very much seems to be part of the new Necromunda expansion. So there's really nothing on the horizon after the box. Did any of the rumours hint anything near a DoK vs NH box? I remember NH tome was mentioned, but certainly don't remember any hints towards a new unit.

A falcon on one side (looking just like the nomad prince) and a more aelf-y sylvaneth on the other? I say it's absolutely Kurnothi considering I just bought a bunch of old fantasy Wood Elves off of ebay this month...
