Did some brightened up screen shots of the Skaven Leader on the Brood Horror looking mount, really like his pistol.
That mount however is still not the Horned Mutated head we’ve seen!

Which lords do people think we’ll see return, it says five in metal. And a Lord Thane and standard in Resin.
On top of that, yet further into the future, there are five more sets of mighty Dwarfen legends to be Made to Order. These include a set of five metal Lords, three metal Runesmiths, four metal Dragon and Daemon Slayers, one metal Dwarf Queen, and a Lord, Thane, and Standard Bearer in resin. We can’t show them currently, but these exquisite miniatures will be very familiar to Dwarf players of a particular vintage.
I reckon we’ll see these in resin.
And these in Metal
Doubtful we’ll get but possibly my favourite.

Anyone think this will be a multibuild plastic kit that had been delayed that can make This character as well as standard Wolf Chariots and other Hero Chariots?

I was rewatching the WTOW video when they’re talking about future characters set to get updated models, they chuckled when they said “Certainly Taller”. Yes he’s a Dwarf, but it also makes me think that one of the Returning Characters is abnormally tall.
I don’t know why, my mind immediately went to Orion! But could of course just be them teasing Ungrim.
Any Characters you guys think would be around during this age at younger version too?

I am Obsessed with this model. There’s something about a Slayer Model, Ready to bring down any Monster. The Norse styling on the Helm and Axe. The Pose, The Dour Expression.
Warhammer at it’s finest.

I keep thinking about This Skaven Behemoth. Behemoth is a very particular word, it’s a little more nuanced than say Monster, Or creature. It’s biblical yes, but it’s really used more as a title - I propose that this Behemoth is a reinvention the Titular Burrowing Behemoth from the Hellpit List. And I reckon its that horned fella we’ve seen.

That, to me, sounds like tree kin, where old Branches and dead trees are reanimated by the spirits of the forest. Would be nice to see that idea brought back but with living creatures such as the hives and swarms now lending some extra attacks. Tree spirit armies are neat 😂

I know I’m a broken record, but I really really hope to see a Grombrindal miniature for the 500th celebration. A useable one, not one in fancy dress.
Just so excited to see Dwarfs return. Also looking forward to seeing what classics will come along with the release too!

Source.As a unit sure, as an overall Aesthetic, no.
I want Armoured Chaos Dwarfs with coiled beards. Personally I preferred what Forgeworld Did with the Infernal Guard over the traditional big hats for line Warriors. Drazhoath was as perfect a look you could get for Sorcerer. Very disappointed they did away with that line, always hoped for a K’daai destroyer to come but it never came.

I don’t know why, but when I think ruined stormcast I think of Stormcast Almost mutated by the powers of Azyr but instead of breaking out in mutations and claws their Limbs and armour rent into forms of Azyr Magic, bolts of lightning, tempests, and Pure Balefire.
I suppose Imagine the Gal Vorbak, but instead of the flesh turning into mutation, it turns into pure energy.

Warhammer, is, and always will be, about the Special Characters for me first and Foremost. Utter Joy when I see the Likes of Kroak and Ungrim with new Models.
My Shoot from the Hip List -
Dwarfs -
-Young Thorgrim in a Similar Style to Ungrim.
- At a Later stage Closer to the Great War Chaos we will see High King Alrikson.
- I think Grombrindal is going to have a card or have rules in WD issue 500 with rules if he does indeed get a miniature. If it is the case I reckon he will have rules for Both Old World and for Age of Sigmar so he will be left out of the arcane Journal excpt as a Myth or as a brief lore entry. Until later editions.
Brettonia
-The Fay Enchantress, From what I understand an Immortal being and also active during the time period.
- Gilles, I mean the Green Knight, it’s a must.
High Elves
-It’s those Rascally twins I guarantee it. But I think we’ll get Tyrion first followed by Teclis. In the Meantime I think we might get either and already Named Prince or a new Lore Character.
Wood Elves
- I wantto see a Nice new Orion and Ariel but I doubt this will come to be any time soon. So possibly we will see a New Prince/Princess and Possibly a rerelease of Drycha, we also Technically still have Durthu in plastic Form ready to go.
Orcs and Goblins
We just saw their release,I was quite surprised not to see any form of Prc Warboss Character, so I think they’re holding out to Sometim closer to the Great War. I was really hoping for an aspring Morglum Necksnapper building up his Waaagh but I think the dates are off.
Tomb Kings
Settra - I think he will receive a New miniature, if not in plastic then Resin. I don’t think they’ll keep this version for too much longer, and next Arcane journal or Edition will see a new Settra to pump some more hype into the Tomb Kings.
Beastmen
I don’t know on this one. I know Kholek was there during the Great War and Led a Vanguard, but thatnwould be me saying they’re finally releasing an update on a Shaggoth either in plastic to multi build Kholek and Shaggoth or just a big old Resin Kholek. It’s anyones guess when it Comes to BoC.I’d like to see a fresh zMorgjur update, bit then again, that would be too much hope.
Empire
Magnus for sure, but thats as far as my knowledge on the Empire goes during this period. However it being the Time of 3 Emperors then it could possibly be all 3?
Chaos Warriors
Asavar Kul - I think we may see a couple versions of him. Of Him as a rising Champion, and Finally him as the Everchosen, a bit like they did with Valten during Storm of Chaos.
