  1. I'm sorry about the Gor confusion. You can use them as faster defensive battleline and they are indeed battleline. Also I know what you mean. I own a ton of armies. I already owned a full Khorne Daemon army, so for me to add some mortals and having a love for beastmen wasn't too hard to decide to go for a brass despoilers list. Just know that the way you want to run it often means you want to run them as a Khorne Bloodbound army as adding bloodbound units to a beasts of chaos army can't happen because of them only being able to ally with Slaves of Darkness(really weird but okay).
  2. That’s funny. I’m actually going for a similar list atm. Except i run Gore Pilgrims next to Brass despoilers. Just to get the extra range on the bloodsecrator and to get a 2 drop army. As for feedback, i think you really lack Bullgors. Bullgors benefit greatly from becoming khorne, adding attacks to great axes, benefitting, with a doombull and slaughterpriest, getting to hit(killing frenzy blessing) and to wound buffs(Command ability doombull). I also think Tuskgor chariots are great here, a tuskgor chariot has 3 weapons, meaning you can add 3 attacks with just a secrator. They are also great flanking units and have solid rules. I think running gors is a waste unless you run 20+ because of their +1A ability. If this is for a 2000p list, you miss a battleline unit. The bloodstoker can only whip mortal units and therefore is not worth taking in all honesty, unless you maybe invest in more khorgoraths and make like 2-3 man unit of khorgoraths. Same for the mighty lord, but he can be strong on his own, just know his command ability, once again affect mortals only. Bestigor are great, but i would run them MSU, you don’t benefit from running them in big groups, except for buffs that target 1 unit(like some blood tithe abilities and prayers). Just know at the same time. Units dying off faster means more tithe points for you. Ghorgons are amazing. In a nearly full melee army they will draw in a lot of attention, making your other threats feel safer. I would only run Cygors as a counter to really magic heavy armies. The point is, ghorgons will def do more, even though the cygor has a ranged attack, most likely the enemy will wittle down his hp and drop his range, on top of that he has an unreliable to hit unless, once again you target a wizard. Against 1 or 2 wizard armies(unless they are like a nagash or a tzeentch) you are usually fine without taking the cygor. Your secrator can force re-roll casting rolls, the mighty lord has an unbind. Slaughterpriests can add an unbind. You have a tithe ability that can auto unbind in case of a really scary spell and your skull altar can debuff casting by -1.
  3. What's the take on Blood Warriors weapon options nowadays? I understand the champion shouldn't be taking the glaive anymore, but what about the default options. The gorefist now hits back mortal wounds on an unmodified 6 save roll, while the axes still function the same. It means the gorefist are now better than they were before, but the axes are still in the same state. Are the gorefist now actually the better choice?
  4. Did we mention godseekers, with a KoS w. Thermalrider cloak and Speed Chaser trait already? An 18” flying KoS that can retreat and charge again. Both devastating and synergizes with the host mechanic to gain depravity points. Than add in a bunch of things that can retreat and charge.
  5. I like the idea of a KoS with a hand and Ignax’s scales. That’s some dirty survivability vs mortals spam lists.
  6. So what would you guys do with evocator loadout in a unit of 6 on dracolines? 2 in every 3 may pick a grandstave. So it could possibly be 4 grandstave, 2 blade. What is considered the best loadout for units like this and why? Also would you put a grandstave on the prime of the unit? I could ask the same question for the evocators on foot. Now i know that base sizes are different between on foot and mounted, so the situation might be different.
  7. So i've been wanting to make a semi competitive list around dracolines. I tried to make it focus on battleshocking, fast mobility and a possible turn 1 or 2 charge depending on the enemy deployment. I'm not sure about what the best way is to distribute weapons in an Evocator unit on Dracoline unit, so if anyone has some tips on that it would be very appreciated. I also would like to know what you would put on the prime of the pack. Anyways this was the list I came up with: Allegiance: Stormcast EternalsMortal Realm: Man of Mystery Stormhost: Anvils of the Heldenhammer LeadersLord-Arcanum on Dracoline (240)- General- Trait: Deathly Aura - Mount Trait: Pride Leader- Artefact: Soulthief - Lore of the Storm: Azyrite Halo Freeguild General on Griffon (260) - Sigmarite Greathammer - Shield Battleline10 x Sequitors (240)- Stormsmite Mauls - 5 x Stormsmite Greatmace 5 x Sequitors (120)- Stormsmite Mauls - 3 x Stormsmite Greatmace 5 x Liberators (100)- Warhammers - Grandhammer Units 6 x Evocators on Dracolines (600) - 3 x Grandstaves(not sure about this and if to put one on a prime) - Lore of Invigoration: Terrifying Aspect 3 x Evocators on Dracolines (300) - Lore of Invigoration: Speed of Lightning Endless Spells: Chronomantic Cogs (60) Soulsnare Shackles (20) Total: 1940 / 2000Extra CP: 1Allies: 260 / 400Wounds: 110 Any feedback would be appreciated. Let me know what you think.
  8. Nothing much, you can swap out her arms, and put a different head/ bare head on. As long as she looks a bit different than astreia, you should be good to call it a generic lord arcanum.
  9. You could buy Astreia anyways and convert her into a generic female Lord-Arcanum on dracoline. Astreia herself is not an incredible good unit rulewise, her unique spell is kind off meh and that’s all she has going for her and on top of that she’s named, which means no warlord trait and no artefact. Also you have to play her in a hammers of sigmar force. If you get her, get her for your collection, but if you want a mounted hero, i would definetely consider to go for a lord-arcanum on dracoline, tauralon or Aventis.
  10. Anyone had a good match with the new BOK so far? I know it's early, but who knows.
  11. Can't wait for those gutbuster lea.... *ahem* digitized drifting data that is supposed to be more widely available later on.
  12. Some people prefer having multiple slaughterpriests, but yeah, the warshrine is in a very good spot now.
  13. How ARE the Teef Rukks doing these days actually? I've never ran one myself.
  14. You are able to thin the blood warrior unit of 10 to 5 and drop the Wrath-Axe to open up 160p. This will get you Skarr for 120p and a Hexgorger Skulls or Bleeding Icon Judgement for 40p. Possible yes. Personal opinion: I don’t know how well Skarr will do, it is rather nice that you can activate his CA at the start of the enemy combat phase, but still it’s an ability of anticipation, you are counting on dying with 3 wound models. With a 10 man unit ready to smash, i would say retaliation won’t be big. Even with a 5 man unit. Able to smack will cripple the enemy big time. Now would you be the one getting charged in your enemies turn with say.... a heavy unit of fulminators or something than yeah.... the CA is handy. You are dependent on what the enemy throws at your mongers.
  15. As long as you position them in a way that you can draw a line from the enemy base to your base and it’s 1” you can attack. bronzed flesh is a prayer that a slaughterpriest can pick as prayer option. If you roll a 4+ with the prayer you can add 1 to the save of the friendly unit you target.
