    @Aloth_Corfiser great to also see you returning : ) . It sounds a bit like one of the best schemes I have seen so far, and I wish I had had that idea, before I had painted already 70plus models. I wouldn’t be able to paint it that well, but a similar scheme should also work nicely.

    Basically We Played 1k points, but 2vs2.

    stormcast (me) & Seraphon vs. Legion of Blood & Fyreslayers. It was a spontaneous Game, so noone designed the List for this pairing.

    i played

    lord Arcanum, Lord castellant, 10 Sequitors, 5 liberators, 5 evocators, aetjerwings.

    the liberators and aetherwings Stayed in Heaven for the random mission points (this worked very Good).

    the rest was together on One flank.

    the sequitors were fully buffed. 10 Zombiewolves and the vampirelord on Zombiedragon ran into my Wohle flank. The sequitors didn‘t Even kill the wolves. And the Vampirelord did. the Rest.
    i know, that the vampirelord is pretty bad-A and that i made Some mistakes, but i don’t Know what i can do against These Monsters. (Hand the Same Problem with a bloodthirster). And the Sad thing is: je didn’t even sie the Rest of His army. In the third round, everything was Home. The vampirelord was back on Full health and the zombiewolves were back to. I did basicaly nothing.
    I dont want to Give UP on the SCEs But i have Some difficulties. 
    i havent GoT quite the grasp on them, so i thought i Had to go Deeper and search for good tactic tips for the SCEs.

    i dont play super competitiv, i just want a fair Chance to win a Game with nice Lists.

    i prefere to Play the Hammers of Sigmar, because i painted the Blue/Gold.

    Hey fellow Stormcasts,
    yesterday I took a bit of a beating with my stormcast. A Vampirelord smoked basicaly my whole army. That was a bit depressing. Ever since I started AoS, I have some difficulties with the SCEs, sadly. I like them a lot, I have some models, but unfortunatly I can't play as often. After a bit of crying, I launched the opreration "Master the Stormcats". Do you know  good tactic advices (Youtube, or webside)?

    Also, are the fyreslayers good allies für our golden boys? (or my golden Boys)

    Wow!

    I've just read through the Battletome. I like it a lot! So, I'm thinking of joining the Waaagh.
    We have a little campaigne in our LGS, everyone plans a 1000 point list.

    I like the Big waaagh a lot, but I'm not shure if the Big waaagh realy comes to his whole potetial on 1000 points. Does the big waaagh reaches the upper levels quick enough?
    Alternativly I'm thinking about the Bloodtoofs. They have their ability from the start. What do you think?

    Greetings to you, my fellow Lords and Ladies of our most honorable court!
    I new in you midst and I want to assemble few of my followers to challenge the rulers of my region...

    We're having our first 1.000 point tournament and of course I want to rule over everybody... 😅

    So, I thought about This List, but I can't say, if there's missing anything. I never played twith the courts.

    1000 Points are quickly filled. I Like the two heros a lot,k after them, there weren't much points left, needed the ghouls, so...

    BUT, if you say it realy doesn't much sense. Perhaps Gristlegore with the AGKoTG is a bit to much and I have to kick him out. I also like Morgaunt, or just the "The Feast Day" with "Dark Wizardry" and the "Dermal Robe" for a great wizard... I also like the Horrors a lot. (It seeems to me that everythink is great...)

    2000 SC Vanguard Army

    I'm a big fan of the Vanguard Chamber. They look awsome! Great to see, that there are other Liste beside the Sacrosanct (they are great too) out there.
    I'm testing a 1k Vanguard List, too. My only real issue with them is, that the Hunters are no Redeemers. I've painted my whole army in the Hammers of Sigmar colours, have the shoulder pads. So, they are Hammers of Sigmar, but can't realy use the "Soul of the Stormhost". So, my goal is to make a Hammers of Sigmar list with the Vanguard, but I feel, that I've already lost this fight... 😅

    the phrasing on the cards of the farstriders and chosen Axes is Almost the same:

    CA: this fighter Holds an objektive at the end of the Action phase.

    fS: this fighter Ends an Action Phase in Enemy Territory.

    has each fighter an action Phase, followed By the Power step? (I only have the german rules, so i thought i Go back to the source)

    or is the Whole thing Where every fighter acts with all the Power phases the Action Phase?

    Is this the right Place for the question? Ist moved from a Farstrider Topic to a General one.

    Hello,
    I had my first game (and second) with the Farstriders yesterday, both times against Magore. It went well.
    First a draw: My firsts objectives weren't great and I drew all the time only Upgrades. I only scored a draw with " A Destiny to Meet ".  I went into Enemy territory with one Strider and he got killed. The other dudes stayed behind.
    Second a big win: the board was long, I stayed at the back. threw away my first Objectives, then it went just great. I had the right cards at the right time. Shot a Khorne guy, pushed him back in some "Traps". With the next Strider uses "hidden tracks" to go next to the Khorny, gave him the axe. He died (Obj: Precise Use of force) upgraded him "+2 Move" and played " Ready for Action " to sprint away.
    No Khorny ever touched me. I always stayed in my terretory (only the one time with hidden tracks).
    So, I have aa few Questions:
    1. Is it a good rule to stay in my territory, even when Farstriders get inspired?

    2. When I move in enemy territory and go with "redy for Action" away. Do I get Inspired? I thought: Ploys are played after the action phase, so The Strider endet the Ection Phase in the enemy territory. It didn't had any impact on my game yesterday.
     

    What I realy loved: The second game the Farstriders played like the fluff! I#m all on Farstriders.

    Yes, I know. but as you Write this, i reread the rules and now thunderhead doesn‘t sound so good.

    is there even a good battailion? The cleansing phalanx does sound nice. I‘m Looking for one, for the extra artefact, because i‘m playing the hammers of sigmar and the default artifact, isn‘t exactly the one i like.
