Did anyone else buy a battleforce this morning? I'm surprised by the lack of discount on third party stores? I managed to pick up all 3 aos ones for £104 from one store but I usually go to Wayland's they were £122 there checked elements they either sold out super fast or didn't have any rather surprising. Do you think it was due to shipping etc or purposely done. I know elements did this with indomitus no discount. Also I checked back in on goblin like 20 minutes later they must have realised the competition didn't do much discount as it suddenly went from 20% to 10% Anyway got mine I have part of all 3 armies anyway so this kind of completes 2 of them except the lumineth who I still need to expand a bit. I've noticed for a while though a lot of online stores are reducing discount from the old standard 20%/ to 10-15% on most products.

I would think the cycle would stay the same covid won't last forever. But as said gw don't care to much as long as =£ profit I'd expect 3 years till 4th but hopefully not that long for malerion 😓

I've been wanting fyreslayer cavalry for a long time mini magma being ridden by axe wielding dwarfs. Fyreslayer was my first aos army though. My predictions for battleforces '21 Lumineth older range Obr Slaanesh mortals maybe with a Kos similar to dot box last year. So far pretty much what everyone has predicted I think if there's a destruction box either big waaagh to shake things up or ironjaw one doubtful but a sob to be would be good if model light

So first destruction army has led me to build a ogor mawtribes army so far my list building has got me this. No battalions as of yet as just planning to have a fun game with these guys. Just looking for any general advice. I am reading through the battletome so not decided on allegiance yet and weapon loadout isn't final yet. But with the low model count should I drop anything? I was thinking if opponent allows substitute swordmasters for executioners. Good idea on the seaguard as black guard I was thinking dread spears but much better choice. I supposed as long as they're manufactured by GW and your opponent isn't "that guy" it would be acceptable.

So with the new free cities battetome coming out, and the announcement of ledgends not that long ago. Does anyone know if swifthawk agents and eldritch council have been added to the legends? I was hoping as phoenix temple was in free cities then they may get added in. As they we part of the last wfb starter set and revamped set for aos1.0 I thought they may have been kept minorly relevant especially as both work well with the whole free cities vibe swifthawks as messengers and quick response and eldritch council as a magic school faction. I mean Darkling covens are in there but not these factions. I see the line for aelves is gone now and in free cities on GW website. For one of the most popular factions in wfb it seems a sad fate.
