    Lances or Swords? I like lances aesthetically and took out an entire unit of evocators with the charge plus the D3 from karkadark charge with them last time but they are ****** poor off the charge. Is is dumb to screen with marauder horses? 

    Do we think the Karkadark is worth the hefty price tag, esp with etheral amulet?

    Honestly I kind of want to ditch Chaos Warriors entirely and just run knights, horsemen, and chariots with Archaon in an all cavalry list. Think this is viable in any way?

    what‘s interesting: compare the S2D unit costs and profiles to Orruk Warclans, then compare the Allegiance abilities. Yes! Your eyes do not deceive you! They‘re better at pretty much everything while being cheaper and having stronger Allegiance Abilities 🤣😂

    chaos knights with ensorcelled weapons are pretty killy, with slaneesh or khorne Allegiance .

    this, a normal game is played by objectives, we have great obj holders, those golem warriros from warcry,   normal chaos warriors (a bit overpriced)

    we have high mobility , lots of cavalry options and they pack a punch

    great spells, our wizards are crazy good.

    one roll for each ability, chariots should proc twice, two rolls

    for chosen i would take the new chaos warriors ( waiting for multi-part kit)  , they will standout  in a sea of "old" chaos warriors

    With the Hero Aura, you get 6s do +1 dmg and -1 to hit with shooting.

    with Warshrine you get the first ability no matter what, ReRoll ALL wounds (so you fish for 6s), and if the unit is Nurgle you get +1 save.

    with the Plaguetouched Warband, you get the 6s bounce back MWs.

    overall, I’d consider Nurgle to give the best benefits in this book, followed by Slaanesh, and then the other 3 are truely army flavor specific.  

     

    You need 3+ gor the chant to pass

    Are Chaos Knights going to be decent?  They weren't bad before, just not great.  Thinking about getting some really old ones to match my really old Chaos Warriors.  Good battalion for Knights maybe?

     

     

    chaos knghts where unplayable before, now 3+ 3+ -1 d1 is prety solid, plus 2 horse attacks.  with slanesh and a general nearby, the reroll charges and exploding hit 6'

     

    also slanesh charriots!

    dont know about marauders, but  "old" chaos knights and warriors are still great sculpts in fact, i prefer them over the new pushifit versions
