  1. Have Forgeworld do a rules update at an obscure timing that increases the price of one of your units without you realizing. I beleive the update happend 3 weeks after aos 2 release. Not that hard to miss. Also people wouldn't have thought that the hag would go up in points.

I like the drakfoot, but i would always run a greenskin boss with morboys, his ability gives extra attacks to each weapon the use, so +2 attacks per command point (also the same for boarboys, maniaks get an effective +4 attacks per command loint with the double activation). If you still want the monster buff i would look at mangler squig or a giant, you don't mind if either of them die and they are designed to run headfirst into the enemy. You don't really want to loose the idol as you threw away 400points and +1 to casting. Spell wise i would look at the cogs first as the +2 movement and charge is huge. Geminids is a very close second for those juicy debuffs though. Edit: you also get 2 more artifacts because of your battalions.
  3. To answer your questions; 1: I run Ironfists, but you are correct any amount of rend ignores their effect. The reason why i loved ironfists was the old mystic sheild ment the ability went off on a 5+. You are better off building dual weopons, even before mystic sheild nerd the extra dmg from the re-rolls was better. 2: bellowers don't stack. Reason is because rule states units with-in range of "any" bellowers. Any means 1+. 3: true you can have multiple banners and bellowers in a unit as you like rules as writte . But some tournaments and events will limit you to 1 per squad or 1 per x guys. People will object to a squad where everyone is a bellower or Bannerman, but in a squad of 9-12 having doubles is not frowned apon in my experiance. I run both banners in my squads of 6+ and people are fine with it.
  4. One tornament i am looking at going to have done this, allowed the artifacts, but said battles aren't going to take place in a realm so no spells or traits. Personally not too worried about it. But having access to the extra spells makes the game more dynimic in my opinion.
  5. You can replace as many as you like (pg.79 malign sorc), only thing that would stop it is specific tournement rules that you can only have 1. Normally you can give allies items of power (no rules against it just a hero in your army), but the cave sham's badly written FAQ means it is heavily up for debate. "Lord-Ordinators, Darkoath Warqueens, Knights of Shrouds and Fungoid Cave-Shamans can be given a command trait or artefact of power if they share the keyword of that army’s allegiance." This is silly for artifacts because allies can normally take them, but makes sense for the command traits because they are alowed to be the general without being of the same alleigence. I say baddly written because it should either have the word only in there, or say you can't do it. Edit: Endless spells are one attempt of any endless spell per wizard per turn
  6. That is alot of models to build/paint in one hit but looks decent. I would suggest dropping a giant to put in a Greenskinz warboss, the Waahh command ability is insane on morboys. With the extra points change the Boarboys to Morboy boarboys. I would run them as 2 squads but as 10 is fine as well.
  7. I have been toying around with getting into bonesplitterz for a little while now for their spell casting ability, and with aos2.0 giving so many more spells i thought it would be a good time. What do people think of this list?
