@Twh30 Looking at your list, it looks a little all over the place. MAybe you can let us know how you plan to use it? For example, you have a A GUO, but no demons to buff. You could consider exchanging the GUO for the glottkin (and maybe drop some chaos wariors), whose command can buff the maurauders. I see you have the gutrot+blightkings to infiltrate and try to take out backfield targets. But then what are the nurglings for?  And the chaos knights seem to be lacking a role as well. But maybe I'm missing something.

Hi this is more of the list I’m thinking now as has more synergies and less random units

@Twh30 Don't be that dude who brings Alarielle to a 1k game, haha. That's the least friendly thing you could possibly do with this army.

I ran a 1k list a few days back that went Drycha, Branchwraith, Treeman, 10 Dryads, 10 Dryads, 3 Scythe Kurnoth against Stormcast. First time playing the army, but it was a good showing, even if my Treeman got blasted off the table by shooting and a unit of those lightning wizard guys due to poor placement. I lost on points because I was busy trying to see what my monsters could do in combat, but since I usually play Wanderers it's cool to have an army that can fight in melee!

Now I have to build and paint a billion trees and some Wildwoods. -_-

Haha true not a friendly list ;) can say that is power list so work backwards from that, say take her out add ancient kurnoth hunters and extra branchwych or make unit of 10 dryads into 20

Hi, in my opinion a good list world be:

    Treeelord Ancient (General:Gnarled Warrior)

    Branchwraith (with Ranu’s Lamentiri)

    Branchwraith

    Dryads 1X10

    Dryads 1X20

    Kurnoth 1X3

Then you have 40 points left and you could invest them in endless spells (for example Geminids).

I would say in 1000points u can fit alarielle ?

    alarielle

    branchwraith

    1x 10 dryads

    1x 20 dryads

    20 points for spell?

There's all the compendium ones that I keep on trying to work out whether it's legal to use or not 😅

Looking at the drake sworn templer. With its +1 to cast for wizards and just sticking it out as a distraction while I take the objectives?

I have 8, I think one more would be the most I would ever need. 8 tend to cover all of the crucial areas of the board, the 9th would be a solo base normally on a fringe part of the table for some janky movement.

I agree with this as I have 5 currently but feel need more , unfortunately won’t have anymore before this weekends tournament

Hey all, I'm not a sylvaneth player but a new AOS player has recently joined my local AOS group and no one in the group can seem to agree on how spawning wyldwoods works. The new guy is under the impression that each time he summons wyldwoods he gets to place 3 of the wyldwood terrain pieces on the table, that seems a little ridiculous to some of us given the size of the damn things so I wanted some clarification from people who have more experience with the army.

This is true in that you can place 1-3 citedal woodsthe all need to be within1” of each other and I think it’s 3” from other models or terrain feature. So can be difficult to do it

My understanding is that even if the pendulum moves 0", it still goes off for D6 to anything with 1"?  And your opponent doesn't have the option not to  activate it at all?

Is that how it works? - if so makes it a great spell to cast in second half of a battleround, then you can take the next first turn safe in the knowledge that is definitely doing a second D6 to your target.

Also you can position it at areas of the board ie objectives to try and dictate opponents movement
