now says that the cart only buffs the wizards from their faction

The „aggressive“ brazier variant is pure debuff… -1 to cast within 18“ and -1 to wound within 9“

    Worth it for 80 points ? 🤔maybe🧐

4“ move and 6hp with 6+ (no deathless) is tricky to position, but the debuff aura might be a live saver for ghouls on an objective

What's the issue with Morbheg's claw?

    What if he is attacked?
13.1.2 states that he must attack, the claw says he is not allowed to fight 🤔

so tome over core, he‘s not fighting whatever happens around him or he has to fight and ends his buff aura?

guess it‘s no fighting, but still…

    Thoughts?

    Needs more garlic 🤣

tbh I‘d rather wiggle around for a vengorian lord, maybe only 3 knights and dogs…

But my WAAC-play is lacking, I‘d get the bonepope wrecked turn 2😅

The rule needs errata, and sadly it didn't get it in the new go round, at least not that I initially noticed.

The rules team seems to be not doing so sharp recently, reactivation of extra wards🧐

I‘m also not so sure about the „no fighting“ rule for Morthingys claw 🤔

sure, unleash hell/ redeploy got fixed and the claw „running“ kinda cleared, but it turns out, that for each fix two things break somewhere 🙄

I hope when the time of IP lawyering and  the WH+ focus is gone, the rules team gets in some bootcamp and maybe 4.0 will be less of a broken unbalanced RAW/RAI desaster

One of the AoS rules writers stated on twitter they'll be discussing

With all the other brilliant rule ideas with the stringent and clear interactions (unleash hell & redeploy with 16.3 core rule)…

homeoffice does not seem to be working out so hot for them. Maybe they should pay less for IP lawyers and get more traction in the design and awesomeness section 🧐

And now they’re legends, we won’t see another update to address it rightly or wrongly.

With the old rules, you could at least do some fun games, now they are just a burning pile of wreckage…

i guess new money is needed by Gdubs to finance their fine squad of rule smiths 😫🤮🙄

Can’t see mine making it to the table again now after this 😭

Yeah, just rummaging through the rules…

    what a big cluster-Fuuuuuuuu 🤬

-spite shields gone (would have been great with all out defense)

    -rockets no longer fire indirectly

    - the banner… not feeling it (rr1w vs once per game 5+ MW aura) maybe against hordes

    - castellan fight ability sounds stupid vs +1 to wound

    - Drazy CA got nerfed

magma cannon costs more, just to add insult to injury

Why, they could have just left the rules instead of forcing some trainee to write a last „goodbye we hate you“ letter…

a run up is not a foreplay, you … 🤬🤬🤬

As far as I'm aware no existing freely available content will be moving to Warhammer+.

Well, my FREE AoS App with all the warscrolls will not receive any more updates and services … the new Kruleboyz are not in it and Nagash can still cast mystic shield 8 times.

And WSB page… we‘ll see, I hope, but if I hear hooves, I think horses not unicorns 🤣

the things I heard about the animations are underwhelming (for professional efforts). With all due respect, I won’t pay 5£ a month for TTS shenanigans no matter how funny and with all the GW blustering and peacocking, I expected 30 min „Astartes“ level of awesome, not some wonky Orc bedtime story, where everybody knows, that grots are to be kicked! Even the fundamentals are off…

I really liked how MWG seduced me into subscription: nice content, cool guys/gals , funky things and if you really think this is cool, look behind the  curtain into the members area of our club, where things are escalating hard.

i can understand the transition of Azyr or whatever subscriptions into WH+, but for „outsiders“…

    not feeling it (ymmv)

  7. What rattles my bones most is the transition of free community/fan content, like the awesome warscroll builder, behind a pay wall. Same for the GW AoS App, with the „promise to deliver“…

same for the YT IP stunt.

and especially doing it BEFORE launching their own products. They don’t have their OWN cgi clips etc, they forced the freelancers into submission, called dips on their work or out of WH business.

So we will get the same as before, but not for free, but with „full hurray GDubs“ and everybody has to be a 5£ patreon 🙄

And while there are a bunch of not too hot batrep producers out there and most going for the „fun2play“ approach, who really believes that GW will have serious WaaC-Content? There are WD batreps, where rules are applied that never made it into the book…

I think they’re just doing it the wrong way around, trying to force success through bullying, instead of creating cool content that people want to support…

  8. Tried a beautiful Morghaunt Ghoul Spam…

sadly we played the wrong scenario 😱 only heroes could claim and stuff.

Throwing my brave serfs into the pyres of war was epic, but not successful 🥳

    GkoTg, AAR, 2Gk, 2Ghasts, 4x20 Ghouls and the chalice…

sadly 16 ghouls all out attacking with 4 Attacks and frenzy are not enough to kill 5 brutes all out defending… last one had 1hp remaining 😩

GkoTg had positioning issues and got Gordrakked 🤯

They scratch every itch I have about starting a new army, being fast and hitting hard

    That‘s a good base for sure…

then I would recommend two Start Collecting Boxes, a varghulf and an Archregent. some people are able to magnetize the flayer/horror models (the arms are figure specific) same for the Tg/Zd, I’m not one of them, I had to learn…

double GkoTg with regent, infernal and some ghouls and flayers are a nice base for a fast blisterskin army around 1.5k

    Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Really really well… then you get crushed 🤪

To win against any army, you’ll need to know where they are strong and avoid that, then you’ll also need to know where they are weak and Hammer that in… and Play the objectives doing that 🤓

FEC is fast, has mortal wound output and good summoning. The GkoTg still is devastating if it crushes into something…

fec also is fragile, with no armor, very hero dependent which die easily and needs magic without serious cast buffs…

just because Ben won a big tournament, doesn’t mean we didn’t loose some power from AoS 2.0 - 3.0, but still fun and nice to play, with lots of options, even with the small roster

There was a Soulblight Nagash list on Tsports this weekend.

    https://tabletop.to/mancunian-carnage-resurrection
there are some more SBGL lists and their placing… makes for an interesting read

second place looks kinda like your list hero wise, but takes knights and 2x10 skellis. Makes sense, because 20 zombies are a trap in my opinion.

too cp hungry, not enough MWs to be relevant (~3) and not sturdy enough to block something (BKs charge does ~18dmg and trample them to dust next round)…

Guys if my opponent decide to not move a unit, can I redeploy if im within 9 of that unit at the end of mov phase?

Regarding rule „9.2 Remaining stationary“ pg.10

The unit is considered to NOT have moved during movement phase, so the rules for redeploy do not apply

(no normal move, no run nor retreat…)

My buddies want me to play this list for teams..

Don’t worry about your score too much, fielding Nagash is always tricky and unbalanced. Against competent opponents even more so, because they train that 5h!t…

better ask your buddy if he really needs Nagash in his Tag-Team, because skilled opponents with balanced lists will outplay you… or if Arkhan could also do the trick🤷🏿‍♀️

remember you don't need the hero to be near it anymore

True, forgot about that, but still you’ll want one of your heroes nearby for buffs… and 20 is a solid number for attacks and resilience

the real trick with Nagash is building a cool 1k army with three battlelines

The VLoZD is totally straightforward, Manni brings mobility and through LoNight some positioning, the beast and his granny would do wolf stuff …

a lot is possible but needs to be tested against the cheese

throw some list ideas in to the mix also!

    Buckle up, here it comes:

    Nagash, Manni, Wightking on Steed

    20 GG, 2x10 skellis

    spellportal

put the gg into some gravesite and let Manni or the wightking summon them aggressively
