Army releases tend to wind down at the end of the year so I would expect nothing substantial till the new year and then a lot of action as the focus shifts back to AoS. As above will probably be done news from b&g about what that will be

Yeah as soon as I saw that there would be new allegiances I was concerned that death would suffer, it's going to have to be something pretty good to be able to compete with the death save, but this is new gw and I think it's fair to give them the benefit of the doubt as far as accounting for that goes and so I'll definitely be waiting to see how it all shakes out

I would expect them not to get anything in GHB 2 as a book straight after would just invalidate it all

While he's obviously heard something about the elves, i get the impression he's guessing about an adepticon reveal and i would be very surprised even with the new look gw if we see anything solid on a new faction before the dwarfs are even out

Had an incredible time at the event, have quite a lot going on at the moment and wasn't really on the ball socially so apologies to anyone I was odd(er than usual) with but gaming-wise it was spot on. Thanks Pete & Ady for all your work in getting it together. I enjoyed the kill points scoring in so far as how it effected games, but I wasn't on the top tables so the potential huge points swings didn't really figure to me but there was the possibility of the tournament being wrapped up before Game 5 which could be disheartening for those competing at that end. Agree with the comments on painting entrants being displayed but you've obviously taken that on board. I don't think the rate the guy stuff was in the pack, and may have impactedl list design for some people. While I didn't have a real problem with it it did lead to some awkward situations, especially with how the scoring was recorded, and I probably gave at least one 8 when I shouldn't have. I also felt like the painting scores should come from on top, rather than given by each person for each game, although I appreciate that's hard to police Don't want that to sound overly critical as it was an awesome weekend, and I'll definitely aim for the next one

Didn't realise the Stormcast one comes with Paladins too, that's an incredible deal if it's actually £100, will definitely do it and just ebay the prime

Spoke to someone from total war at the AoS open day who said Feral games are working on the mac version. He did say he thought the release date had been announced but last time I checked feral were just saying autumn, hopefully that means pretty soon

Traditionally there are no big releases in December, just deals and things like terrain and brushes but as mentioned above the Nov white dwarf covers October releases now so there could be something in November. Having seen that though I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get anything substantial till next year now.

im also pretty sure that when AoS kicked off he predicted skaven would be next after bb and stormcast so while he's obviously seen something it could have been a long time ago and may even have been scrapped. Think he's been mentioning he LoC for a long time now too
