Bloodbound attacks stacking

I'm thinking of using Khorne  Bloodreavers, (2 x20) and I want to buff their attacks. 

Assuming stackability, I looked at the possibilities. 2 Bloodsecrators (+1/+1) (totem/command ability)each, a warshrine (totem) all within 12 inches, and an Aspiring Deathbringer as General (command ability) within 6 inches.

With a cheekily fair wind that could in theory mean +6 attacks per unit. 

Or am I wrong- is it one totem bonus per unit of bloodreavers for a max of +4 attacks?

Or am I still wrong?

one bonus for all totem, but the bloodsecrator gives an additional attack as of its special rules. use dark feast for additional attacks & look into wrath mongers
