1k Mannfred list possible?

Hey all, Just finished painting up Mannfred and looking to use him in an upcoming tournament at my LGS. It's a casual crowd, and I really like his model, so I want to use him over my normal VLoZD.

I have everything available except compendium and Flesh Eaters.

Any help would be apprecuated, every list I have built just looks bad to me. (severly lacking numbers)
