Total: 1500/1500

The Battalion requires 1 Mortal Nurgle Hero and 7 Mortal Nurgle Units. I have 8 Mortal Nurgle Units 3 of them are Heros. Is this legit? 

Also i want to know your opinions abouts the list and which Artefacts and Command Traits you would take. I wanted to give the Harbinger the Great Destroyer as Command Trait and the Sorcerer the Crown of Conquest for Battle Shock Immunity. For the second Artifact i want to choose the Chaos Runeblade fo the Chaos Lord on manticore

I've never played Nurgle so can't comment on the list itself, but I'm pretty sure the FAQs confirmed that you can count heroes as individual units for battalions (in fact, they used the Bloodmarked Warband battalion from the Everchosen book as an example, which if I'm right is where the Plaguetouched Warband comes from?)

The Battalion has two Special Rules. Iam only looking for the second Rule which gives the Enemy -1 to Hit in the Combat Phase against the whole Battalion
