In the Battletome Blades of Khorne it say (on page 78) that Named Character cannot have artefact of power and command trait. But... on the Forgeworld Legion of Azgorh Compendium there is no mention that a Named Character cannot have an Artefact of Power nor Command Trait. (I am sure there is many other example as this one) Is that rule of "no artefacts of power / command trait" became generic to whole AOS2 or it's something specific to every faction?
Skarbrand cannot have artefacts of power nor command trait, but Drazoath the Ashen or Shar'Tor The executioner can have one?
If there is now a generic rule for Named Character, can someone point me the source of it, because according to my research... i have not found clear statement other than battletome one.
