Dracoth 'heavy' stormcast list

So I want to start a new army and I'm looking for an army with low model count and one that is fun to play and somewhat competative so far I've come up with two lists.

number one

Allegiance: Stormcast Eternals

Leaders
Lord-Celestant On Stardrake (560)
- Celestine Hammer
Lord-Relictor (80)
Lord-Relictor (80)

Battleline
5 x Judicators (160)
- Skybolt Bows
5 x Judicators (160)
- Skybolt Bows
10 x Liberators (200)
- Warhammers

Units
2 x Fulminators (240)
2 x Fulminators (240)
2 x Concussors (280)

Total: 2000 / 2000
Allies: 0 / 400
Wounds: 96

And number two

Allegiance: Stormcast Eternals

Leaders
Lord-Celestant On Dracoth (220)
- Tempestos Hammer & Thundershield
Lord-Celestant (100)
Lord-Relictor (80)
Battlemage (100)
- Specialisation: Jade
- Allies

Battleline
5 x Judicators (160)
- Skybolt Bows
5 x Judicators (160)
- Skybolt Bows
10 x Liberators (200)
- Warhammers

Units
5 x Paladin Retributors (220)
2 x Fulminators (240)
2 x Fulminators (240)
2 x Concussors (280)

Total: 2000 / 2000
Allies: 100 / 400
Wounds: 107

In the second list I could maybe skip the wizard and paladins to get one more unit of fulminators/concussors (Thinking of converting the Vandus model to save some money since you can get him cheap off of ebay) However I don't know if such a heavy point investment into dracoths is viable. I play regularly against a stormcast player with my Sylvaneth and his stardrake wrecks me so I know that that unit is good at least but are the fulminators and concussors worth it?

Tell me what you think, can any of these lists be competative, is there anything you would change, any units you would swap/add?

Don't take concussors, tempestors are better, fulminators are fantastic, don't mix paladins and dracoths, taking a dracoth lists without castellants is asking to get whittled into nothing.

List #1: Concussors->tempestors, drop the liberators for a Castellant and another unit of judicators; Although if you want a genuinely competitive version of the list look up 'Les Martin stormcast' and copy that.

List#2: Drop the paladin retributors and 5 liberators for either another unit of fulminators/tempestors or a couple more buffing characters drop the Celestant for a Castellant.

I really love the idea of a cav army full of thunder cats and have run the following list a few times at local club days:

LCoD- staunch, and mirror shield or -1 to hit armor, keen clawed

Relictor- Lightning Chariot

Relictor- Lightning Chariot

3x5 Libs

2x2 Fulminators

2x2 Tempestors

6 longstrikes

Gryphhound

It's  fun, fast, and puts out a decent amount of mortal wounds if you can manage to get all the dracoths stuck in. Libs drop in from Azyr.  Longstrikes can be thrown around by the Relictors lightning chariot and gives ability to reach out and touch enemy heroes behind the main line. The -1 to hit from tempestors and relictor lightning storm kinda, sorta makes up for not having a castellant, as throwing -2 to hit on a unit against the dracoths save is sweet....but it is easily kneecapped by mortal wounds from spells and chaffed up by large infantry hordes while suffering from a lack of screens and objective grabbing units/bodies. Also the Fulminators take a hit from not having a heraldor allowing a run/charge or retreat/charge.  It is pretty scary in a casual environment but not so much at a competitive event.
