Vampire lord on zombie dragon

Hi guys. I have a few question about the VLoZD.

if using him, what are the typical lists he works best with? I know his command ability can give ANY death unit +1 attack, but what synergises well with this leader? Skeletons? Nighthaunt?

i am a FEC player and love the GKoZD, but I want to branch out and have a massive range of Death units for a great mixed death army.

His command ability is reroll to hit rolls

So I use him with other large monsters to reroll that 4+ to for the bite attack

I have generally found that the best use for the re rolls is himself. But naturally you should use it on whatever needs to hit hard that turn!

Oh yeah, reroll hit rolls lol. 

Id like to incorporate him into my FEC but I think as far as synergy allows, GKoZD has a better spell that can be given to the horrors, which allows rerolls of failed wound rolls. Also horrors rerolling failed hits for being within a GK bubble.

VLoZD seems like a perfect General for a skeleton horde styled army.

I use my VLoZD to yolo my GKoT first turn into whatever needs to die first. Reroll hits on an unwounded Terrorgheist is pretty Killy. Especially if my GKoZD has moved up enough for his spell aura to be in range aswell

All I know is that I've had 10 Bloodknights + the command ability + ensorcelled (mystical terrain) from VLoZD and they were insane... 30a/3+/3+/-1/d3 reroll failed hits/wounds... phew... just for the lances too!
