  1. The last Kill Team box only came out four weeks ago and these are supposed to be quarterly releases, it's way too soon for the next one. Warcry feels more likely, given that Hunter & Hunted was now four months ago.
  2. They're the most popular pretty much by default though, it didn't happen organically. They're the most popular because GW has made them available in introductory products in every edition of the game, which is something that other factions only get for a single edition, if at all. Like if you wanted get into AoS and you really wanted Blades of Khorne, you missed the boat to do that cheaply 6 years ago; now they're just as expensive as every other faction. Same for Nighthaunt, and it will be the same for Kruleboyz once we transition to 4E starter products next year. You get one edition to start a non-Stormcast army using more affordable starter products, and if you come to the game later you just miss out. Exact same goes for 40k. If you want to start the game from scratch there's always an intro product for you with Space Marines in it, but if Death Guard are your thing then you better hope you arrived on the scene between the summers of 2017 and 2020 or you're out of luck. Fantasy battle had 5 starter sets between 4th and 8th Edition that featured 4 different "good" factions. There's no reason we can't have a bit of that variety in AoS as well.
  3. I guess what I want to know about Old World is; will any units from WFB that got directly replaced in AoS use their new models or the old ones? They say in the article that there won't be rules for Age of Sigmar models unless the unit existed in WFB8th - that to me suggests that the Warriors of Chaos faction will use the new Warriors, Knights and Chosen etc from the AoS Slaves to Darkness range, because they are the same unit as existed in Fantasy, just upscaled slightly and modernised. But it remains vague. It would certainly make more sense than putting an older/worse version of the same unit back into production concurrently with the new one, and I feel like the previous announcement about base sizes going up was actually less about "dynamic posing" as they claimed and more to accommodate stuff like the new Chaos Warriors (and eventually Saurus Warriors).
  4. There's no chance they won't do one, just a matter of when they release it. You only have to look back a few months to see Slaves to Darkness got a Vanguard box immediately after having an army set. Definitely tomorrow, GW uploads them to the trade resources website on Monday mornings.
  5. Imo the posing is a bit weird if you build them with spears (as I did) - basically the hands are the only thing that change so you have a lot of them holding their spears off to one side and them all getting in each others way, rather than holding them upright like they did when designed for WFB (ie to be ranked up)
  6. This is genius! Can't can't the amount of times I've bought an extra pot of "something" because I wasn't sure if I had one already.
