Also the Chaos Lord does exist, it's this guy from the Chariot. The chariot kit was originally meant to also make Chaos Lords on Chariots, who now have been demoted to unit leaders.

    1. what is the best weapon for this lord?  I'm feeling it is the reaperblade...But visually, the flail is awesome.

    2. what is the base size of the foot lord? (will magnetize him from a chariot)

  2. Gunhowlers question : they are in the artillery slot which is max out at 4 per 2000 pts. Can we have several of them in one unit, counting as one? Because if it is 4  ships max, I couldn't spam gunhowlers!, !?!?????

I'd like to have a SHIP ARMY followed by buble men.

  3. Rumored price of this box is 145€, on par with feast of bones, then probably 115£.

I'm disapointed as it is really a hight price. For me, the tzeentch part is put down because of the flying daemons. (I don't like those minis and I feel they don't fit with the tzaangors...but maybe the rules will help a bit to swallow this)

  4. Frigate as a battleline is no surprise at all. Will it be useful? dunno but you already can have 4 of them at 2K (or ironclads). With the new rule (fire from skyvessel) 4 of them, buffed and with troops inside, is  already a big investment.

Not knowing the whole scope of the new rules, I don't know yet if I'd go more than 4 but it is good to have the opportunity.

This is not a KO 2.0 battletome, this is a NEW KO battletome, with new warscrolls, mechanics, possibilities, reborn from 2 years of AoS experience. Well done GW for , at least, having the balls to re think your work (avec eventually having listened to you fellow cuwtomers/players)

Somebody asked on their facebook page and they answered "similar to feast of bones probably"

WoW, that makes the box on the expensive side, it is the price of 2 SC. The KO side is pretty much similar to the KO SC. And the DoT side is weird with those flying DAEMONS in the middle of mortals. I wanted several boxes, now I'll just try to get 1, 2 top. BTW, I noticed that there are still some feast of bones boxes to sell.  That means that at this price point, the rush is not that big. Maybe GW will try a little lower price this time...

Apologies if this has been asked previously - is there a preference on axe or sword for a Daemon Prince?

As a main unit in many chaos builds including AoS AND 40K, I've done my research in video to magnetize mines (2 of them probably buy one more in the future).

Then, you are game proof and future proof. The only thing that I won't magnetize is the wings.

I have managed to get two godsworn bands (the box set from last year) for dirt cheap  - what should I build them as in terms of weapons/options? Should I sell any of it on eBay?

That's what I did. I just tried to sell one warshine and a manticore, but only one warshine was sold. It is a super solid base that I completed with the old SC (to get one more charriot, love them) and a wizzard. And I bought recently a new SC and the ES. This is a complete army now. Just ....have to build/assemble/paint it hahahha

  8. New army 2020. What you guys will you start in 2020? For me, my brain yells "go back to your pile of shame!" but my heart sings " more plastic more plastic!" . I think that I'll stick to ONE armys (from my PoS - Pile of Shame) and try to make it to completion. Probably LoN...or Tzaangors, or StD....or FEC or Ogors....fock, can't decide.🤪

I‘d rather get a War Mannoth for 320 pts

...I'd rather get it in real life 😉   I can't find it (legally 😎)

BTW, it is not in the BT and I'm worrying if it's legal in game as the points cost hasn't been touched since the new BT is out.

    Are we ever getting expanded?

    Short answer: NO.

    Middle answer: NOt yet.

Long answer: NO but...we are arriving at the end of all BT update. So, now, GW can

    - add new armies

    - add new entries / expend the armies they want. I hope that they won't forget this second point. But for the KO, we have some kind of new way of playing with CoS, am I right?

  11. Well, we have now 2 "templates" of BT. You have 2 kinds of BT: the soup ones and the trio ones.  The soup ones are like LoN, CoS, StD even Orruks, they have many entries and try to "mix match separate" units more or less thematically.  And the trio ones is for the low entries armies like Ogors, FeC, Sylvaneth ...You have essentially 3 +1 way of play: the horde army, the elite army and the Behemoth army (and the last one is a mix of them all) . I have no doubt, KO will be trio BT with troups army, balloon army (like the upcoming box seems to tell us) and the ships army, plus the classic mix match....

  12. The dual army box seems appealing to me. I have many tzaangors (60) and 3*3 enlighten.skyfires. I think that 9 more is a minimum (to be safe with 9 of each). But I'll probably go higher just because those guys are not that bad in 40K either!

And to go fully disc army, it's nice! I remind you that those discs are super fast and (before new tome) super efficient.

On the KO side, whatever(s coming is good because I want to start this army for ages and this is a nice deal especially for a fully flying army....
