Did you just greenstuff the fingers on the sword-arm?
Sword is a plastic-card I presume?

Yes. I used a lot of washes all over really. :-) But the model was primed black, then zenithal highlighted Corrax white - Both rattlecan sprays.
Then I used basic Agrax Earthshade on all but the horns. After that the skin got a GW green shade, leaving the areas that I'd later go back to with the blood effects and such. Some areas on the belly later got stippled and drybrushed lightly to shade it lighter, and I also used some GW flesh shade on the belly parts. Parts of the legs got some GW red shade , and the many of the pustules got some GW yellow glaze. That's pretty much the skin part of the model done.

It would be great with a bigger picture, so we can see it in more detail!
By the way, which base size have you used? It looks like a round?
I've been considering an oval, because that's what was listed in the "basing thread", but maybe a round would be a better fit.
