do they roll around in giant spheres of water and engage in battle? not trying to be sarcastic, im really curious how they will do this.

Ironjawz can make pigs fly. Neferata can make dire wolves fly. I don't see much of an issue with flying sharks and seahorses (sharknado anyone?)

It's like Pokemon where your gyrados magically floats and your charizard fights magikarp while diving at the bottom of the ocean. Just go with it!
