Thank you blueshirtman for your reply. And with that last reply we are closing this discussion (at least until the next major event). =D
I am actually not that hyped about insectiod grots (I am glad something is coming thou, just not liking the theme, didnt like the spiderfang either). I am dreaming about skypirate-grots but I guess that was a rumour turning sour. Or is there any more info on that?

Can people please stop responding now. Everyone gets it - lets make a big group hug!
Can we please keep to rumours?!

I believe I'll do that, too. I just wish grot war machines got the bonus of being in a battery regardless of type. Oh well.
Also a question regarding the fact that the grot war machines don't have the Gitmob keyword.. does that mean a gitmob grot shaman wouldn't be able to use sneaky stabbin' on them as the machines themselves don't have the Gitmob keyword? It's very confusing as the crew does have the keyword Gitmob and the spell says you can cast it on a Gitmob unit. I'd think the crew and the war machine are a unit? Or are they actually separate?
Yeah the warmachines dont get that bonus. Would be insane thou =D
Against khone or other none shooty armies or against armies without teleport those warmachine are quite good. They are too easy to kill otherwise, They are not auto include these days sadly. I suppose their warscroll will be updated so that the crew are included in the warmachine, similiar to the new stormcast warmachines warscroll.

Shane try a third rock lobber while you are at it. I think they will work very well against big chaff units as well as against heroes that are unprotected. That flat 3 damage needs only two hits to kill most footy heroes and you can also attack that hidden bloodsecrator hiding behind a rock.

It seems one can run in the rampaging destroyers if one does not want to charge later in the turn. With ironfist this means one can get off a move and run in the hero phase, then move and run again in the movement phase with a total of M+D6+D6+M+D6=2M+3D6. With the cogs and wings one can add another 2+4+2+4=12 to that.

Thx for sharing Chris and its good to see that are back! After a long time of searching i have ordered 4 plagueclaws to convert into rock lobbas. I figured they should fit on oval 110 x70 bases since they come one a 125 or whatever the next size is. Also I am going to remove all cables and such and make them more orky. The crews are going to be made up of regular gitmob grots. Havent figured out how to equipp them yet. Its not very easy to make the models carry large rocks and such.

Not cheesy at all, as said it’s part of the tactical play for both you and your opponent. Do they remove casualties from here or there? Or in Chris case he used it to move his character onto the objective etc...
Alright. So I listened to a pod on aosshorts.com (cant remember which one or who it was talking) and the guy said pile ins could be done like this (se above) only if the unit charged the same turn. Also he said that it was FAQed. I suppose that is what Chris did, i thought he did it after a turn or so of fighting.
Nice looking ardboyz!

Sure, but is it something people do? =) In my area there is only friendly tournaments were you vote for the best sportsman to be the winner. Im curious if people would think it is cheesy... I suppose it depends on how good a player is with the rules.

Nice reports! Im puzzled about the pile in after the enemy is removed thou. Is that FAQed or something? One would think that is not the intention of the pile in mechanic. Please elaborate with an example so its not me missunderstanding..

If we would only get a megaboss on piggyback.... ?
Its the one thing we are missing when it comes to units. A half descent hero with some speed under its feet. Put that sword to good use.
