    My advice would be to split the 40 man unit into 2x20. As petrifex Morteks are plenty tough and a 40 man unit will just result in a lot of models not being able to fight and also less board presence. With 20/20/10 you can get the shield corps battalion instead of the Ballistari one, which is far more useful i find.

    You could also consider to give godbone armor to your boneshaper instead (as he needs to be rather close to the action) and make him more durable and give the Liege Kavalos the Helm of the Ordained for a +1 to hit bubble within 12" of him. He has the speed to position it decently and make for a mini katakros. The guard blobs can handle well enough with the wizard support, so the Kavalos is really useful with the deahtriders, buffing them with the +1 hit bubble, +1 attack command and then the petrifex +1 rend and they will oblitarate whatever they charge and can also do some sneaky pile ins potentially.

    Cheers for the advice however, the problem I have with running 20/20/10 in a shield corps is I need an extra 70pts for the extra unit of Mortek and the Shield-corps battalion.

    Could drop the endless spells for 50pts but still 20pts short. I could drop the unit of Horses and Carrion endless spell and have 20/20/20 Guard with the Shield-Corps battalion but I quite like the quickness of the Deathriders getting around the table.

  14. Rocking this tonight as my first ever game with the Bonereapers. Still trying to settle on a list I want to run so going to give this a go and then see what's what.

    What was the exact size of each card? I found the card generator.

    Hey mate. I had a psd that created the cards a lot larger than what they are when printed. I used word and a 3x3 table to resize them to the size they are so couldn’t tell you the physical size of them now unfortunately.

    They really do look neat! I'm a big believer in supporting the rights of creators, so before I download, I gotta ask:

    Do you have permission from GW and Blizzard to use their artwork?

    Of course I’ve not got permission from GW or Blizzard. I’m not making money out of it just making something of use for the community. Can’t see it being a problem. 😂

    Great work they really look awesome. However there is two things I don’t get. First, how come you have made no backsides of the spell cards?

    Also, From looking at the PDF I can’t figure out how the cards are suposse to look when cut out. Seem the Hexagon shape will be cut in half ruinibg the casting number.

    I made some backers for the Skaven ones but when trying to print double sided they didn’t align properly I normally put them in Magic the Gathering card holders anyway so the back is normally obscured anyway :)

    For cutting if you laminate the whole sheet and then cut around the grid you’ll have the cards just as is with a little bit of a white background. You could cut around the edge of each card if you really wanted to but think they’d look a little odd.

    Merry Christmas!

  18. Hey guys, I'm currently in the process of making Spell Cards for some of the battletomes and thought I'd share them.

    So far I've got Skaven and Ossiarch Bonereapers done which can be found below;

    SKAVEN - https://www.talesofsigmar.co.uk/2019/04/skaven-age-of-sigmar-spell-cards.html

    OSSIARCH BONEREAPERS - https://www.talesofsigmar.co.uk/2019/12/ossiarch-bonereaper-spell-cards.html

    Plans to do the following over the Christmas period;

    Stormcast Eternals

    Flesh Eater Courts

    Sylvaneth

    Ogor Mawtribes

    Daughters of Khaine

    If anyone has requests for others let me know and I'll add them to the list to do.

    Cheers and Merry Christmas to you all!

    Post it!

    It's 2-Drop and it includes the lane blocking endless spells like Palisade and Gravetide. However it's missing things like the Burning Head, Pendulum, Gnashing Jaws etc. Still think it'll do well (especially with the extra unit of pinks for another spell caster)
