I'm #1 in my country and top 10 ITC world (on track to be #1) with a 15-0 record playing only Stormcast this year. Is that sufficient evidence?
It's not the army, it's the players. Stormcast are not an easy army to play well in this meta, but they can definitely crush the other top armies if you do it right.
Really nice Performance, would you mind sharing what list you primarily use?
I'm a new player and would apreciate to see what Kind of lists are doing well in the meta

I'd love to add a ship but the point cost makes it impossible

Hey Guys,
I'm attending a 1000 points tournament at my LGS next week and I'm planning to bring the following list:
Barak Mhornar
Aether Khemist
-Aethershock Earbuster
-Ther's no trading with some people
30 Arkanaut Company
-9 Light Skyhooks
10 Arkanaut Company
-3 Light Skyhooks
9 Endrinriggers
-2 Grapnel Launchers
1000 points flat
What are your thoughts on that list? Would you consider something different and if so, what would you reccomend?
Thanks in advance for any advice 😊

Hey guys, what do i need for starting a competetive fyreslayers army. Starting with 1000 points and evolving from that. Whats the fyreslayer meta so far? Have the battletome here.
are vulkites worth it? For me it looks like heathguards look much better.
Are 2 magmadroth in 1000 points competitive? Really like the idea of a magmadroth heavy army.
i
Vulkites are definitevely worth it, especially used in units of 10 as screens or to hold objectives. However, the best unit Fyreslayers have are the herthguard berzerkers, which I usually take above vulkites, especially in 1000 point games.
I've had some really good success using:
Runefather
Runesmiter
20 Hearthguard Berzerkers with poleaxes
10 Hearthguard Berzerkers with broadaxes
Runic Fyrewall or alternatively Zharrgron Flame Spitter
With all the Buffs going off you can get your big berzerker unit up to a 3++ rerolling 1's which makes them almost unkillable, while dishing out loads of damage

As mentioned above I use both, however the big units (20-30) usually should run the poleaxes since their sheer amount of attacks will dish out a lot of mortal wounds
hope that helps 😊

Hey guys, I'm attending a tourney soon and would like to ask for some suggestions for a competitive 1k points list.
I would really like to include sequitors since I love the Models and their rules.
Thanks in advance for Your help

Hey guys,
I'm currently working on a 1k points list aiming to field squigs only
My first draft looks as follows:
Heroes
-Loonboos on Mangler squig
-Loonboss on giant cave suig
Battleline
-12 squigs
-12 squigs
Other
-10 Boingrot Bounders
-5 Boingrot Bounders
The one thing I was thinking about was to change the 5 Bounders to a Fungoid cave shaman, however I think more bodies could prove more important than the spell.
What are your thoughts on the list? Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Do the 4 more tomes already include Sylvaneth?

Hey guys,
I need a Suggestion for an escalation league for a 500p army with squigs only.
There are no behemoths allowed at 500points so I thought I would start with a loonboss on squig and fill up the rest of the points with regular battleline squigs.
However, I might as well take a shaman, what do you guys Think?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

In the post he said tome, set of dice and scenery. But AGAIN, do not get hyped, the source is kinda random....
That would be sufficient for me
If they adjust some points and make the ships more playable I think we are in a fine spot.

I'm also looking forward to an update, hasn't there been any rumors, that they would bring new battletomes for all factions this year?
-
ok thats nice, didn't know that was possible ruleswise. thanks for the clarification

Thanks for your reply, that list looks solid, however, I was wondering how can he take 14 Thunderers? Don't they come in batches of 5 guys?
-
As for my next question I would like to ask is which kind of builds are competitively viable at the moment. I've been absent for a year now was wondering what the "go to" lists are at the moment. I know we aren't in the best position right now but my hopes are high that we will get a updated book this year, are there any news on that?

Thanks for your suggestions, I think I'll try the pinning method since i really like the floating look of the models

Hey guys,
I know, this question has been asked several times before but has anyone of you come up with a satisfying way to solve the flight stand issue with the Ironclad and Friagte Models?
I have tried magnets, which failed miserably and now I am tempted to simply try to pin the flight stand and glue it on, hoping that that's sufficient to keep the model steady. Are there any other possibilities to fix the issue?
Please let me know how you fixed this and what worked out for you
Thanks in advance for your help,
best regards, Grudgebearer

Hey guys,
I'm attending a 1k points tourney this weekend and would like to hear your ideas for a competitve 1k point list.
Currently I'm leaning towards the following list:
Hermdar
Runefather
Battlesmith
15 HGB with broadaxes
10 HGB with broadaxes
10 Vulkites with Axes and shields
What are your thoughts on that list? Do you have any suggestions for antoher list that might be more competitive?
