Saw these bad boys and had to get myself some start collecting boxes for them! Hopefully ko will see a release like this in the near future but for now the hunt for ur gold is on!
Looks like I may have my battle line all sorted for the next book and 2 heroes on foot as well as 2 magmadroths. Do you guys think this will be more of a defensive army given their extra wound and perhaps a point increase? Not sure how to flesh the collection out from the scs.

I'd be more happy with an aethermatic rune navigation system than a terrain piece or some "endless" spells.. Using the aether to its full effect with more buffs dished out.

My hope for this release: New Death releases get integrated with existing stuff like with Tzeentch and Khorne before them. Battletome covers all the death stuff to a degree, even if the new models form their own subfactions. New stuff and old stuff play well together.
My fear for this release: New Death stuff is completely standalone and doesn't synergize at all with the existing Death line (like with Kharadrons with respect to Dispossessed).
Honestly I think that's almost exactly how it's going to go if there are new death factions like KO. Really looking for a "if bretonna were all skeletons" kind of thing with pikemen, bows, trebuchets, a royal court of wraith knights, etc... But if they have something wild like they did on the KO concept I await it with great anticipation.

Kind of figured that Nagash would play his hand after Sigmar did all the dirty work for him. This is awesome news and I hope to see some love given to deathrattle and the other factions. Keeping fingers crossed for skeleton crossbow men!

Well nurgle was pretty much expected (you don't leave chaos god out of ghb without good reason after all), I wonder if Skaven pestilens can grab them as allies? Would love to get some new great unclean one as ally.
Especially after order gets their magical azyr salt relic that melts slugs.
Good to see nurgle getting some attention! Perhaps death rattle next?

I'm hoping if it's sigmar is he comes on some elder dragon or a creature equally as awsome as dhrogar is. Preferably to a metal theme in the background.

Unit champions for Dracoths have that symbol on their armor barding as well though that doesn't look wide enough. Would be be a mount or person?

I know steam heads aren't mentioned too much but follow me on this for a second:
Maybe it's because tzeentch will overwhelm the cities, and on the third day sigmars forces will look to the horizon. A certain dwarf God aboard a zepplin will show his hand and give them some steam powered justice.
...I just kind of want more pics of dwarf releases.

Man if it wasn't for that moon I'd go as far as mounted dwarves. Mounted witch hunter would be cool too.

I'm going to choose to believe that sky zepplin dwarves will be a thing. All I need now is a new starter box with the new tzeentch vs the new dwarves.

I'm not opposed to horses with stormcast it just needs to be mixed with something. The great thunder horse bears of azyr shall ride again.
