Some ideas, though I think all our scrolls need a rewrite as they were written for a game that had 6+ modified MWs and different coherency rules and much less power level.
Blood tithe should be based on models slain (skulls collected) 8 models = 1 bloodtithe. More for heroes / generals etc
No respite army wide ability, do not remove casualties from units until the start of the battleshock phase
Bloodreavers should have +2" range if they charge
Bloodthirsters/bloodletters should hit on 2+ since they should are the epitome of martial skill, MW on 6 to wound

The whole story reads like a 8 year old playground kids "my guy does this and this and this and this and this and this and you die, haha i win"
The setup for the ongoing narrative is cool but the execution was fanfic tier. GW need to hire some actual professional writers.

Change Petrifex trait and command ability to not affect battleline units and youve fixed them.
This would also fit with the petrifex lore aswell as they are supposed to be the bigger unit legion.

I think a lot of early arrivals have to do with throughput, they probably have so much to send out that they send stuff out early so as many people as possible can get their stuff delivered on day of release

Kinda misleading to say that red marine is a contrast painted mini, it recieved 3 different colors of red highlights after the contrast.

Wasnt it confirmed that the warcry warbands will have the StD keyword in AoS, I believe this is telling on what the faction will be.
As is the lore behind warcry, chaos dudes fighting to become varanguard, everchosen will be in the book.

well, he said they confirmed atleast a battle tome for each alliance still coming this year and warcry is confirmed july.

Bloodreavers (ib the aos box)are on 32mm aswell, so i think future darkoath infantry will be on 32mm to fit this aesthetic.

The difference is that the warqueen is the one harbinger assigned to an antirely new army whereas the other 3 were already in somewhat fleshed out factions.
Dont forget that the harbinger scrolls completely change once the army is released. Including generic orfer keywords to stormcast for example
Also no one saw what happened to nighthaunt coming, and not many people predicted they could expand the nighthaunt range from basically spirit hosts to what it is now. They could easily create a huge and varied darkoath range.

Thats doesnt mean they are officially confirmed to be staying Slaves to Darkness. they could just be interim StD so they can be used easily in games until the Darkoath Keyword actually means something.

Wouldnt look too much into this if i was you. The other 3 Harbingers all had keyword changes once their faction had a release.
