That is a really weird time for an eComm platform...

Yes, but I'm pretty sure that's how they do it. There's a fair few online games I play that have their updates on PST time too. I'm guessing their servers are in california but IDK

Same as me. I don't like that they don't fit on the bases. I will put some rocks to make them enter and don't open so much the legs. Just a bit open they look a ton better so I guess we have to open just a bit or put them like stand up or something to make them inside the base

The overhang doesn’t bother me, but it could limit how many you can get in combat so moving the legs into a more vertical position might help with that. I’ll try with the next couple.

Any chance you could share a bit about your process? Just picked up 25 unbuilt and might like to try this!

I just snipped the legs at one of the joints and used green stuff on one, then just glue on the other. It’s really one of the easier conversions I’ve ever done. I was pleasantly surprised.

Ive tried in the past . It's actually extremely hard to find and has now gotten even harder. The ones out there are so expensive, you should just buy a box of gobbos. Every person digging out their BfSP gobbos needs netters.  This has always been the case, but now instead of it being a fringe army in AoS it is the hottest thing.  A box of goblins gives just enough nets. There is little reason for someone to not use the nets, you are looking for

    1. People buying grots for conversiom work

    2. Hobbies who don't care about rules and don't like nets

    3. OOP sculpts which are hard to come by.

For all the sources of above, only the small percent of people willing to sell bits on eBay .  I sell stuff on eBay every week, but under $20 isn't worth my time.

Anyway, good luck to people with BfSP sets that need nets! I am thinking of using mine for spiderfang conversions

Converting nets is pretty easy. I did mine with cut up window screen, but gauze can work too.

  5. My question is how did we make it this long without a skaven battletome? It’s gotta be coming. These are cool models, an original IP and very popular. It makes good business sense to have one and yet we’re still stuck with clan rats only being battle line for verminous. I’d like to have words with whoever came up with that genius idea. If there’s no skaven tome in 2019 I riot. RIOT I SAY!

So those of us who purchased 10 boxes only 4 months ago are screwed.  Edit: And for posterity, here's the unit that I just finished yesterday.  A

Honestly it was simply silly that you could pick 10 of the best weapons for free like that. Sucks you bought 10 boxes but frankly that kind of cheese is bad for the game so I'm happy they're making the change.  Great paint job on those guys though, very impressive. I especially love the basing.

  7. I'm kinda glad for the giant. I'm planning a double giant goblin army to use for a laugh. Probably won't be very good but the idea of a night golin horde with fanatics, squigs (or all sorts) and a pair of giants (I have the old metal one) should lead to pretty hilarious matches.

  8. In Canada at least the battle force boxes seem to have plenty of stock. As of this morning both my local GW store and the website still had all of them available. I picked up an iron jaws one. Was tempted to also get sylvaneth but my "to paint" pile is big enough to last me until 2018...
