[What extra should I add to the 3D printed Ghur battlefield]

Hey we can easily add in a fortress section, we have the tribal ramparts from a previous set we can use.

Oh man. Love the island, giant worm burrows and the sand waterfall idea! I will see how I can add those. Even sounds like I need to do a second board!

There is a piece coming up in that set called the Titan Skull Cave, It should fit in perfectly. maybe put it in the opposite corner to the dragons skull?

The already mentioned terrain ideas are much better than my own. Maybe you could make a dark burrow with some gleaming eyes peering out and run it as deadly or sinister terrain. On a less fantastic level I think some bramble or rough looking vegetation would fit in with the theme you are working with. 

An under represented element on many battlefields but some godbeast tracks. It would show that the remains are maybe the result of something bigger and fiercer than the bones that scatter the battlefield and could give some more rough terrain. It may not be the most interactive terrain but it would be aesthetically and narratively interesting.

 

Ohhh the godbeast tracks are a sweet idea, the thing that managed to kill this awesome beast!

[What extra should I add to the 3D printed Ghur battlefield]

Hey guys, I have been making some tournament standard boards for large events out of the Printable Scenery terrain sets. I'm building the main board with the Dragons Graveyard as its centerpiece, which provides some decent area-terrain for some extra cover saves. Do I need some hills on here as well or will making some forest bases be all that is needed? Is the area terrain the dragon provides enough to give some protection against the fast shooting armies or would some LOS blockers be needed?

I had a go with a Warstomper alongside my Ironjawz. worked fairly well all things considered. he definitely drew attention from some of the real combat-threats in the list, and the one time they didn't focus him he cleared up around 800pts worth of troops and characters on the flank (2000pt games)

[New Terrain by Printable Scenery]
