    There's really only like two or three more heroes they could have cut without just axing everything that came out before third.

    For the blood ans skulls, if any wizard try to summon and endless spell in the middle of a khorne army I'm pretty sure his head would explode violenty.

    I really hope so xD. Some of the new stuff, particulary CoS and the new Ironjawz Range need a sustancial price reduction xD.

    Stormcasts and Sylvaneth need a bit help too. The rest of armys I feel pretty balanced in general except for krules. They need also a new range of miniatures, is pretty hard balance the actual army at this point because they are cheap enough, if you low more his points, the lists are going to explode with infinite spam of that units xD.

    Also, you feel skavens as a rework are one of the Factions?

    You don't think it can be a whole new faction?

    AOS 1.0 was Storm vs khorne, but a really whole new range of demons. (Chaos)

    AOS 2.0 was Storm vs Nighaunt. (Death)

    AOS 3.0 was Storm vs Kruleboyz, a new army. (Destruction)

    I feel like AOS 4.0 Is going to be somting chaos, but new too, like Chaos Dwarfs or maybe... Chaos Umbraneth?

    We have a lot of posibilities to entirely new armys.

    • New Pirate Grots
    • Drogruks (The kragnos one ppl, I don't remember well the word).
    • New Grugni Dwarves.
    • Chaos Dwarves
    • A completly new race.

    They can also expand some old race.

    • Rats
    • Sylvaneth
    • Kruleboyz
    • Idoneth
    • Osiarchs
    • Nurgle Mortal range
    • More ztorm boiz more MOREE

    But I feel like is going to be a new army.

  4. Boyz, do you think we are going to have a new Battlescroll?

    Is 8 of January, the last one was the 14 of September.

    Do you think they aren't going to balance AOS again because the campaing? Or maybe because they haven't enought data... xD

    I'm good with the anual general handbook, but only if we have the Battlescrolls balancing a bit every 3 months... No need big changes, but... the lower factions usually need this changes.

    The new Archaon? In my opinion absolutly not.

    He have great survability and utility, not enought damage and rend to his points (he is literally halve of the army). He lost the oportunity of attack twice, dont rerroll any  and he dont have rend -3 in any of his attacks.

     

    I i was his enemy, i just screen him and kill the rest lf his army xD.

    With khorne, if he charge, maybe can have a bit more damage, but i feel is not enough.

    I think miniatures like avalon on similar or other 3+ save monsters can tank it efectively.

    But, maybe you can do things with it, anyway i think 1 unit of 6 varanguard + 1 utility hero are better and cheaper.

  7. In the case of Shadespire i'm with you.

    The shadespire warbands usually only works when the hero have some special and useful.

    But in the case of WARCRY is a totally different story.

    I have all existent chaos warbands in Warcry, and this units are really useful to expand an army and refresh it.

    For example, the rotmire creed really are a fresh mortal unit in nurgle rooster. If all this chaos warbands was instead another faction warbands, probably it helps so much to armies like ironjawz, kruleboyz, fireslayers or flesh eaters, etc.

    In this case i think is worth it because you can expand needed armys efectively.

    You feel like it exists because we loose all the points after use it ans the max reward cost 8 tithe points.

     

    @Thrax The only bad thing in your list is despite to the new galletian rules.

    The 5 dog units is a candy for the enemy because 2 of the new tactics are about kill galletian veterans, and the dogs i think they are.

  9. I want better rules for scenery, for example is a bit abstract eh fact of have a monster in a single point of a column.

    Also i want an  area for ruins withouth base, right now is very hard take cover.

    Keywords for scenery (I think thats comming, bcause the SoB rule).

    Priority on combat for the 2nd on the round, or a chance to get the priority of activations, to do the double turn less destructive.

    More general items.  One realm item for army is really annyioning, i dont want get a batallion on my Archaon or Idolator army bcause i havent items to pick. Maybie 3 general items or 2 or 3 per realm was better.

  10. .... I feel like AOS rules and gameplay is very secondary for GW, 40k is by far her main game. 

    They just admmited it today. The AOS faqs are out a month after the 40k faqs, and they had datta for 40k, and not for AOS.

    Well, this is not about virtual or phisic game.

    Is only about Age Of Sigmar is only a bunch of miniatures for collect and friendly play.

    If you want collect beautiful miniatures go for AOS or 40k, whatever you like more. But if you want a good and competitive game you need go to 40k, thats what GW told us today, intentionally or not.

  11. The maw crusha, with the mighty destroyers Command can fly 24" and chargue with +1.

    Thats a real huge movement, also have the most dmg output dmg from all game, except vorgaloth (the khorne foegeworld dragon).

    When my enemys play it to me, they usually built it with brutish kunnin or ironclad battle trait, metaleippa's claw and mean 'un mount trait.

    You only need give to him the warchanter buff and thats all he need.

    Really, he delete every unit he touch, even a mega gargant, the maw kill it on 1 combat phase (except warstromper tribe, they can reroll saves). And with ironclad is very durable, but even withouth it can be durabe bcause he win wounds when he kill something.

    Is one of the best monsters, and the only one who killed me archaon in a single combat phase xD.

    In my group of play we have a discussion about how work this 2 habilities.

    The first one is the Grandfather's Favour.

    This is the plaguetouched warband, and the queastion is, how many MW they do in return?

    For example, the enemy unit attack, and they score two 6 at wound. How many MW the NURGLE unit return, 1 or 2?

    Is the same problem for Lord of Pain;

    If the LoP ignore 2 wounds with Share the pain, he return 1 or 2 MWs after all atacks have been resolved?

    If is only one, why the Daemon Prince changed via FAQ, only for change it to "melee weaons"?

  13. I cant understand why ppl see chaos knights or chaos warriors as bad units. I played a lot with them, with 2 hand weapons and a warshrine they just areanyoning. 2 attachs at 3 rerolling  wound at 3 rerolling, and have a save od 3+ rerolling, and had a special save of 6+. How can that be bad?

    The same for chaos knights, you can cast the daemonic power on 10 chaos knights and they literally delete all he touch at charge.

     

     

    Well, after say that, for me, the worst unit in game are the bloodreavers and some warcry warbands, they are just a meat wall. But thebloodreavers more than all.  His save is 6+, they have a single attack, and the only rule is stay wholly whitin 12" of the bloodsecrator, if you dont do it, they are really really bad. I think this units are a 60 points units, tey are totaññy a wall meat.

  14. Yea thats the problem, i dont see a single faq or rule about that.

    With that in mind, the rule of pink horrors and arboyz are very clear, they can loose his battleline status.

    In that case we apply the raw rules, and on our games they loose the role... yes is weird but is weird for me, some others think different.... we need a faq or rule clarifyng this.

    We have a question in my group of play.

    Can a unit loose his role in middle of battle?

    For example, if i deploy 10 pink horrors, and one of them die, this unit is no more battleline?

    Or if i have 10 ardboyz and some of them die, they loose the "battleline" role?

    I think not, if i deploy a battleline unit, it remains battleline for the rest of the battle.

    But If we read the raw rules, they aren't battleline under this conditions.

    Some1 find someting about that?

    I feel like they want invalidate Malign sorcery, but they only invalidated specifically  the realm items.

    In fact, i think the wording don't do it.

    But i feel like they want invalidate it.

    Maybe they say more cleary in the faq.

  17. I payed azyr since the month 1, but azyr is a cofee at month.

    The 40k app isn't.

    I'm going to use online free tools or manual writhing, like always. I pay my books, i dont want pay 5€ per month, for a bit more i have netfix or similar tv streams. I can pay 2€, maybie 2,5€.

    But 4-5 no thanks xD, i prefer use this money buying paints xD.

    Anyway, i have the sensation about AOS beign a secondary game on the company, azyr app updated today, im paying for it....  Dunno, GW is doing bad ultimately.

  18. In my opinion, this is one of the best generals handbook in terms of rules (but waiting for some aclarations of malign sorcery spells on te realms).

    For example, the anvils of apotheosis is awesome, but need some fixes, you can do aberrations because some of the upgrades of the mounts are so cheap.

    But it also is the worst generals handbook in terms of points. Is like for some reason the book was writted in november or some. Nurgle is pushed up, but is like they don't count with the wrath of the everchosen sub-factions.

    And what happens with Nighaunt, Beastmen and Gloomspite? They need a push like Nurgle. I think GW stopped of listen the community or some, why they push stormcast and nurgle, but not this 3?

    And why they dont touch the heatguard berzerkers, they are cleary broken for 120.

    I feel like GW isn't taking seriusly AOS. They are clesry happy with AOS bcause they are throwing new awesome armies, but in term of balance.... is like they are a bit coward to touch the points proprely and Age of sigmar is cleary a secondary game behind 40k. We are getting 0 love or impact right now.
