Double turn is part of the core gameplay experience, by removing it from turn two you are fundamentally altering the core game play experience.
most of your rule changes are subjective , to things you feel are bad . I mean by all means go for it but threads like this are mega subjective and don’t often go anywhere , 🙂

Faction rules weren’t in it other than some batallion composition . You paid for the army builder - if you want to boycott it that’s up to you . But I think the content is more than worth it . The model alone is worth half the price of admission .

It’s cumulative. So if they were -2 you can use plus one and plus one . The most you can go is plus one from natural

Interesting , the artefact says you can cast it , without restriction , but the spell itself says you need to be a wizard to manipulate it , so I guess you could cast it but you wouldn’t be able to use the cogs .
the spell says that you manipulate them in the hero phase , so no you wouldn’t be able to do it in the movement phase .
happy to be corrected though .

It says pick 1 Enemy unit this unit has passed across . Not only is it using the number ,which limits it , If it was multiple the language would be usually , for each enemy unit. I think it’s pretty clear , but depending on how much you want to pull the language apart ymmv.

It says it’s treated as a single model , and there are no restrictions on the warscroll as has been pointed out like the Balewind. So I don’t see why it can’t move ..

I mean yeah you could read it that way. But the hero is using the ability on a target .

Correct - but in order to use a command ability you need to be a hero.

Well the wardens don’t have a command ability to use , they are the target of the command ability .

They don’t split when removed by battle shock . They aren’t slain , they count as slain .

2) a retreat is a normal move , so move the unit's movement characteristic , if you want to run as well roll a d6

5) yes - but if one of the models is slain in this line , all of the models that are over 1 inch away from each other die after the battleshock phase.

7) Generally now Crew and Machinery are classed as the unit so you don't pick off the crew - check the war scrolls for clarity though

10) You inflict wounds on the unit , save the wounds , then damage is applied to the entire unit , if you inflict 10 damage on a unit of 10 models that have one wound each they all die ,
11) You can pile in to another unit, but remember if you do , that unit will get to attack you in that combat phase .

Yes it says all units
