    The Hampshire GT is aiming to be the premier event in the gaming calendar. With a great venue which includes open gaming and drinks on the evening of the 14th April 2023. It is a five game Age of Sigmar tournament running on 15th and 16th April 2023. We are accepting 120 players to come and pit their skills against each other. With a bar on site and lunch on both days included this is one not to be missed.

    The Hampshire GT. Tickets go on sale at 6pm on 25 October. Lots of interest already so make sure you bag one. We are releasing 120 at this time. Friday night open gaming then five games of AOS matched play over the weekend.     We are the Pompey Pirates and we welcome you back, after a year off, for another year of the Pompey Pillage! A super-friendly 5-game, 2000 point, Warhammer Age of Sigmar 3 tournament on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th August 2021, once again at held at Horndean Technology College (same location as the South Coast GT).

    Please note: Tickets are limited to 24 spaces this year and you cannot book your place until 0900 on 1 July. This will allow us to have more idea what the Covid situation is at the time and adjust accordingly. We will follow all guidelines and requirements at the time of the event.

    The event pack will be created and uploaded when AOS 3 is released. More details on timing etc are below.

    Tickets cost £35 each, which gives you five games of Warhammer AOS over two days, plus a cooked lunch on both days. This is probably the best value tournament in the country!

    Note that provided lunch is part of our deal with the venue and cannot be split out.

    To book your place, email paulmarshallsay@btinternet.com after 0900 on 1 July, along with the message “Pompey Pillage AOS”, your name and any club you are representing. This will timestamp the entries and I will then contact those that gain entry for payment. I will publish the entry list on this thread.

    A 30 player, Age of Sigmar, latest General’s Handbook, 2000 point event

    This is part of a larger multi-platform event that includes 40k and Swordpoint. It is a friendly and bijou affair that is ideal for new and experienced players alike.

    The Venue

    Terrain

     

    Terrain will be provided.

    Realm rules

     

    Realm Rules will not be in play for this event. We want it to be as accessible and simple as possible for experienced and new players alike. This includes Realm spells, Realmscape features and Realm command abilities.

    Armies can hail from a Realm should the player so wish. This cannot change throughout the event and must be added to the Army Roster in order to take effect. In which case the extra artefacts can be chosen instead of those specifically for the allegiance. A mix of allegiance artefacts and those from the Realm can be taken.

    BattlePlans

     

    Before each game, we will announce a battle plan to use for that game. 5 battleplans will be selected from all the match play options. You should bring a balanced army as there will be a range of different styles of battleplan in play.

    Secondary Objectives

     

    It is not all about the main prize. There are other things than plunder that can make the heart race. For each secondary objective achieved you gain 1 plunder point. These make a big difference to the final standings, make sure you play to the end even if you are not winning.
