Maneater seem like definitely a candidate update for sure having a maneater be customizable for each Alliance Order: We got a taste with Warhulk & Brutogg Corpse. Ogre with 15th century armor and chainmail with hammer or comet iconography Death: Bone armor with maybe and Ossiach samurai helm Destruction: More classic ogre Chaos: already a thing basically spiky armor and chaos iconography

I think he's refering to the fact that Wekkas are Orks who get brain fried by the Waagh! magic and becoming "wonky" as the others call screaming gibberish, vomiting green bile & lashing out in a frenzy before they run into the wild (to become a bonesplitterz) they drag the Weirdnob where they graft & bolt the skull mask onto their heads. This does not cure them quite the opposite and rather enhance the frenzy as they now see the world around them as a flaming green inferno each enemy a ember as the Wrekkaz throw themselves to extinguish the fire

Funny enough the Firebellies do have a strong connection towards Aqshy and the Fyreslayers as per the Soulbound and the Warcry Fyreslayer lore Don't see them being a full out subfaction but it defiantly a concept they could expand on and make like 2-3 units

Good now they have more freedom to more as in keeping to the 40k Ork space that many people are familiar with while the Kruleboyz can continue their LoTR psudo-Orc and Goblins side of things. They should have been separate armies from the start because it not like say Slave to darkness where their whole theme is the progression of chaos corruption from the Darkoath being the initial steps and it end with the whole Varanguard/Demon price end of the spectrum. oh there definitely be guns and musket down the line that throwaway line in a warhammer preview article does not appear anywhere in the Tome or White Dwarf articles which in fact they contradicts that statement.
