In artworks and Warhammer+, the cities aren't like the scenery. The scenery represents the small colonies from Crusaders, the city seems to be a etablished city...like Phoenicinium ^^

I agree Malerion is not the old Witch King of WFB pragmatic which hate Chaos but ally sometimes with them. Malerion is the only god which don't have lost his realm against Chaos. Neither Archaon or Be'lakor have dominate Ulgu, why he would ally with Chaos ? Yes it seems he don't like Tyrion and Teclis, but against Sigmar ? Not really, he gave him the Gladitorium (yes he can spy but it's not important) to help the Stormcast training. Ulgu under Malerion was a pacific realm for philosophers, it's not Naggaroth. Shadow Daemon are just traitors for everyone. They don't care who they help.

WFB 8th had rules for 0&G where the player before everything of each turns, must throw a dice if the regiment doesn't fight themselves or if they can march on enemy.

I have a fear. Blacktalon miniature's are of course from W+ Callis and Toll are too from W+ Hammer and Bolter. What if the Dark Oath are....named (the two named from the episode ? with other random) and not 5 chaos marauders mounted... It's should be a great deception isn't ?

I really think that GW can have 50 faction theorically for AoS, but the most must are "finished" factions like Custodes in 40k. A faction that GW cannot add 5 set each edition. For example, tomorrow they release a second wave for IDK and FS,, and...after ? They should be "finish" in the sense which add another unit should be "too much" (Like Stormcast but they are the poster boyz so... they are particular) GW in that world, should only release the Battletome for the meta, but no miniatures. So 24 factions can be easily taked care by GW without too much problems on the calendar.
