Theres not that much left to leak about 4th anyway. Just the contents of the starter box, and more precision on the skaven wave. Im willing to wait for the april-may oficial reveals, tho.

Today should be Monday reveal day! I actually dont expect anything related to rats unless Necromunda has something more cooking.

Imo that stick is similar to the packmasters from IoB, but the backpack fits more on a warlock?

If I cant shoot into my own troops, do some dumb shenanigans with the number 13, and my machines cant fail into big green mushrooms, it isnt a proper skaven armybook and it's instead furry goblins (Im looking at you, flavourless TOW Index)

Btw, forgot to tal about this There IS an used skaven symbol that resembles this rune! Armybooks often showed these similar runes, but they didn't hold a meaning as far as I can tell? Don't have the heraldry book as of now to tell it exactly. What I can tell it's that this is a generic rune not related to Skyrre, nor Moulder.

Whitefang didnt seem sure at 100% about a grey seer on the box, but I asume if there's one that he will have a shenanigan. Not a mount (that spot is filled by the warlord) but something like a grey seer on drugs, or a grey seer specialized on something. A little twist to keep selling the current kit apart.

All starter box sets are monopose. They already have to make another kit from 0 with clanrats and jezzails, too much.

Clawleaders have allways looked like that, helmet and all.

Again, stormvermin are heavily armoured (literally) and wear hallberds. 4) Liked by Whitefang 5) When stormvermins get an update, it most probably won't be to make them poorer, but to make them look more big and elite, like what GW has done with all their updates for elite units so far

So, instead of a 20 clanrats + 10 stormvermin box seems like we're looking at a 40 clanrats box. I mean, clanrats on the leaks, clanrats on the trailer, clanrats on the artwork... I think the sooner we accept clanrats will get a refresh, the better.

If there's clanrats with spears on the kit that would sum it up in 20 clanrats with swords and shields + 20 clanrats with spears and shields (no way the limit is going any lower) not leaving room for stormvermin (not saying they won't come on the actual skaven wave, tho) For the design, I don't expect a lot of changes, just same plain ol' stormvermins with more monoposy kits to avoid all the kitbashing that skaven players have been doing with them for the last 14 years.

Stormvermin tend to have more armour on legs/arms and halberds. For what I see on the art, these guys are wearing spears, which could imply that the box will have clanrats with swords (featured on the trailers) and spears (here)?

I find this afirmation quite controversial. A lot of players that I know that went from AoS to ToW did so because of rule customisation. And it's, in fact, one of the main complaints about 10th ed, the fact that a boltgun and a plasma gun cost the same is just ludicrous game designing. Also, I allways see these "9th ed was confusing" complaints, but as long as I can remember from my group of friends, the latest year of 9th ed was a blast. But maybe we're in the minority.

If you don't mind me asking, do you have a date for the actual kroot wave coming? I'm eagerly expecting to buy and paint a lone spear!

They mention clan Skyrre on the warcom article about the trailer. But again: would leave and not look back.
