Hopefully. Because before Blacktalon series with that IDk character aired I was convinced that GW looked back at IDK range and thought “elves on eels? What were we thinking? Let’s pretend it never happened.”

Btw. do we have some rumours about Idoneth? Because since their release 5 years ago they received exactly one model in AoS (not counting Underworlds). Even Fyreslayers had more luck.

I do believe that those “handpicked” namarti from the new Idoneth Underworld warband are a preview of IDK second wave.

For me the Underworlds box is absolute must. Love both the demons and Idoneth. And yes the squid is great but those namarti are not lagging behind. New elite infantry for ID would be nice.

It makes sense. I mean, IJ vanguard sounded strange. When was the last time they released a new model and put it into the vanguard box at the same time? Did it ever happened? So KB vanguard sound like a logical step bit to mention that many of those models are easy to build. And KB lack any hero that can be put into the vanguard box outside of Dominion only models. So this sprue is great for vanguard.

I really do believe that it will be more than just one foot hero given the existing Underworlds warband, but it is just my opinion without anything to back it.

Yes but for example Phoenix temple was tied to Phoenicium which had both. And now Phoenix temple units and Phoenicium are squatted.

It will be interesting to see whether there will be models from only one warclan or combination. But most likely just one to make it playable.

Where did you find all those rules? edit: ok got it, overlooked post about that. It looks like they want to slowly get rid of non human armies. Basically all the new goodies are for humans only. And mixed armies don’t look very viable.

As much as I would love it to be a Kruleboyz rumour engine, the similarity in terrain is in this case insufficient to correctly identify it. For example Yndrasta of SCE is on the same type of base. And isn’t elaborate terrain more of a WHU thing that AoS?

Couldn’t they just announce the box at the same time as show the rest of the kits? I mean there isn’t much time left. The box will most likely be released alongside the Dawnbringer book which will IMHO arrive in the first half of august.
