Hello again friends.
I´m here with another painting project. This time, I will start a classic 3D-Printed Sons of Behemat army, but insted with GW fairly giants, only using ice giants.
Some months ago I was painting one of this giant for my fantasy ogre army and I really like it, so what´s better than 1 jotun? Yes, an ARMY of them.
I will prepare the GW giants army in some years, but for today, the scheme is easy:
4x Mega-gargants
9x Mancrushers
Now I have 1 mega-gargant and 6 mancrushers ready. Another mancrusher is on the printer but if it´s too big, she will became the FW one.
I´m not going to make any difference between the mega-gargants. I want to prepare a court: jarl, queen, first sword/paladin and jarls advisor/wizard.
So here you have some WIPs of the bulding and basing process.

Well, during this months I was painting a lot of models. Most of them I don´t have pictures (ogres or chaos dwarfs), but here yo have part of the CD big commission. Another 12 tauruk and 2 steam machines were delivered:
I will prepare a 2-step painting tutorial soon!

some hot takes regarding us from what we got:
-coven throne is amazing now
-vrykos is even stronger as expected but also is everyone taking named characters in their dynasty for several reasons
-avengorii is pretty damn fun
-we have basically guaranteed D3 wounds regen in the hero phase unless we want more CP or we need to smash some faces
-all our big heroes are going to like smashing stuff
-grave sites are not terrains so we are good there
And vengorian lord is even better.

I´m so excited about this new ed. I´m printing a jötung army just for this new monster rules... It´s the Age of the Beasts!

I´m starting thinking about vampires list, even if for the ETC I can´t oplay them. This is the first list I had prepared, I´m worried because OP armies of 2.0. can destroy our boys, but I suppose that 3.0. will come with some kind of points changes for all the old books.

Last week I prepared this video. Maybe can be interesting for someone.

I´m not sure about if I will change vampires for IDK for the ETC, and I´m waiting for battalions/Skellies/Neferata, but...
Mannfred is so god.
Zombis are amazing.
BK...uff. Cool.
I´m thinking about BK clan with Avengori+First Strike zombie dragon, some zombies (40-80) with corpse chariot, some RD vargheist and knigths (not sure if 15 or some units of 10). Vampire hero for sure in order to boost zombies. If we have points, even some grave guards too. Lot´s of horde models with mortal wounds, fast chaff, and heroes. Probably avengori general (alpha strike with run&charge dragon, later we can do the same with the avengori, during the first turns the avengori can heal the dragon). I need to see
Also Mannfred wizard conclaves can be so good too, but too many paints for a phase that can be good or bad depends of the OP army that we can have in front.
-
New BK seems to be amazing. It´s a pity their base size, they´re like ossiarch cavalry and big units are soo god.
I´m so excited with this army.

Hello again!
Sorry. I didn´t have time for preparing the report until today. Last sunday I have another 28 people tournament (T9A, and I won too).
So here you have, the tournament report of the 20 people tournament that I won on Madrid two weeks ago with the final list that I will use in Milan. Like and sub!!
Tournament Report AoS 2.0. 1st april - 20 people, 1 Idoneth, 1 Sylvaneth & 2 Seraphon - YouTube
-
Tournament won yesterday in Madrid with Idoneth. 20 people and high meta list with seraphon, teclisian lumineths, kharadron, tzzench... everywere. I was the only Idoneth.
The list I was running was:
Fuethan
Volturnos with -1 to hit
Eidolon of the Storm with the Cloack
6x Electro eels
2x3 Defensive Eels
2x Sharks with arpoon
1x Shark with net
Leviadon ignoring -1 rend
Corps
1990
The 3 drop list that I was using during the last months (you can see reports etc on the channel), and the final version that I want to use on the Milan´s ETC.
So first game was vs Sylvaneth. Metal realm, 4 objetives and if you score the opponent ones you get 3 points. He plays with the tribe that allows him to make a teleport each turn, and 2 witches (one can cast 2 spells), Durthu with -1 to wound, 2x20 dryads, 5 teleport boys, 6 kurnoth with scytes and 2 unit of 3 kurnouth with blades, a batallion for them and the endless spell that increase the charge range. He start the game and summon another unit of 10 dryads, and I run with everything. I have a double turn but I was far, I killed one witch with my shoots and get in combat. Durthu was vs 3 defensive eels, 2 sharks and the ofensive eels delete 20 dryads and the eidolon kills some dryads of the other point. He have some move combats but at my turn 3 I killed probably everything, so 34-4 I guess.
Next, table 2 vs seraphon, thunderlizard. Kroak, astrolith, priest, 2x10 skins, 5 guards, batallion with 2 bastis and stegadon, 3 salamanders, vortex and the burning head. Objetive: comets (turn 2 the first arrives, etc). I put everything so far, so he starts and then I put some pressure. He did turn 2 and I fail lots of saves so he kills all the sharks and defensive eels but I kill all the salamanders and 13 wounds to the stegadon (he survives rolling good armour saves). I kill the stega with the shooting of my leviadon and I charge with him and Volturnos into Kroak, astrolith, guard and skins. The eidolon won the other flank and I kill everything but Kroak (3-4 wounds) and the bastis, so game was probably mine, but I get the double turn so I got all the points. 38-2.
Game 3, table 1 vs seraphon again, fangs of sotek. Kroak, astrilith, priest, shamman, 2x10 skins, 40 skins, 5 chamaleons, 2x3 salamanders and the vortex. 4 objetives: +1 for heroes, +1 for retaking an objetive. I choose who starts and I said him, so he put a little damage over me because he was so far, and he takes 3 points with the core skins. I retake them with my devensive eels and heroes and I got lots of points and a good position in order to hold the seraphon offensive. I won the double turn and I put pressure over him, but he pass the 4+ roll for flee with the big skin unit. I kill one unit of salamanders and the guard and control the other one with one unit of defensive eels. On his turn, he kill the defensive eels and the eidolon and teleport kroak far away because he was in combat with most of my units. He didn´t have the double turn so I overkill kroak with my ofensive eels, I killed the last salamanders (he sumoned another one) and middle unit of skins. I retake all the points and then I killed the last seraphon heroes. 35-15 for me.
So tournament for the fish boys. I will prepare a video-report during this week... if work allows me haha

Very cool bases! I´m waiting in order to see them finished.
On the other hand, here you have the tournament reports of march. Bad day for Idoneth talking about luck, because on the table, they beat all the enemies armies.

Living Mountain Shrine
#Homebrew:"Across the Mountains and Highlands of Ilithia, the silence and still is disrupted with the sound of thunder, though no clouds hang the air. As the Slaaneshi ranks formed into rank and file, they began to march towards the Ilithian and Hathorian line when a great form became visible in the distance. Soon the head became clearer, large curled tusks reached out past its maw and a large horn stretched towards Hysh's light, even still it had large fangs that showed when it would give out a bellow. Not only was the size of the creature worrisome, but so was the magnificent shrine on its back that it carried with no effort, a shrine of a Living Mountain.
As the battle began, battlelines crashed into each other, it was not long before the behemoth joined into the killing field. Under hooves bodies broke, unlucky seeker mounts bit in half, slaangors skewered on its tusks, the monster was a living avalanche of destruction. What was already a blood bath turned bloodier still, the living spirit of the shrine began to throw boulders afar and causing rockslides to fall upon calvary and infantry charges alike. Each time a castle's worth of boulders would crash down, new rock formations from the shrine would materialize from the spirit as a new assault was launched unrelentingly."Placed upon the back of a mighty Ovibos, a Living Mountain Shrine is a powerful weapon of war within a Hathorian Fold that brings the power of a mountain spirit to the battlefield. Each mountain shrine is built specifically for a revered mountain spirit and the Ovibos that will bear it during an ancient communion ritual between Realm Callers and the Mountain Spirit itself
The shrine is built within the core of the mountain, just under its heart, by a special sect of Hathorian Realm Callers named Mountain Callers. The High Mountain Caller of the Fold will lead a ritual called the Osadus Maest, or Communion of the Mountain through throat singing of ancient hymns of the mountain. Their hymns bringing adoration to the mountain, they aim to bond their spirit with that of the mountains in hopes of gaining its aid in their current cause. If the mountain is pleased it will, in its way, return its own call to the Mountain Callers as a sign of respect and its acceptance of the bond being made.
The communion successful the spirit will begin to aid in the building of the shrine as the passages within the mountain reverberate with the songs of the Callers. Gems, stone, precious metals, all that is needed to build the shrine is provided by the mountain. Circled around an ancient rock slab, the hymns of the callers begin to shape and join together the different materials, soon the shrine taking shape. As the end of the ritual nears, a giant Ovibos is brought into the mountain and placed on the ancient slab. Slowly the shrine is lowered onto the back of the behemoth, the mountain’s strength seeping from the shrine into the fur of the creature, hardening it like a stone.
The final act of the Osadus Maest begins with a final hymn, all of the Mountain Callers sing their loudest as the mountain spirit lowers its very heart into the center of the shrine, a giant stone of pure realm stone. Around the heart of the mountain, a miniature mountain range rises from the shrine, trees of Hyshian light grow from the stone and mountains alike. At the end of the communion ritual the High Mountain Caller will climb onto the shrine, and with the blessing of the mountain inscribe ancient symbols of protection upon the mountain’s heart; safeguarding it from foul magics.
In battle the Ovibos and Living Mountain Shrine are a destructive force of nature, crashing through battlelines, breaking down great walls; always at the front of the battle. The mountain spirit always active, as seen by the constant shifting of the shrines mountain range, causes calamity upon the enemies of the Hathorians and Hysh. Large boulders the size of inns, landslides that could cover a Free City, the wrath of the Mountain Spirit is absolute. If one is not crushed by the spirit upon the shrine, they are often gored or trampled by the behemoth that bears the shrine into battle. The Ovibos’s large horn and tusks pierce through monsters hide, its maw full of sharp teeth biting enemy calvary in half as they get too close, the fate of being in the path of such a creature in battle is only for the fool hearty. To face the might of the mountain is to face the unshakable.

I am super excited to share with everyone my finished kitbash for my homebrew faction in Hysh & my Stand-in for my #lumineth Spirit of the Mountain! I have also included the Warscroll for the kitbash that can be used with my homebrew faction At the moment priced at 280/300 points
A lot of work went into this kitbash, including a few different kits and of course a lot of greenstuff work. This is also the first model i've done with just extensive jade work done, and I think it came out stunningly! I'm really pleased with the fur also, some sections could maybe be a little better, it it really gives that highland/mountain feel of a creature that would live in such an environment.
Any C&C is welcome!

Wow amazing daughters army. Keep on painting!

That hedonites fits too well!! Congrats!!

I´m preparing a new list just for testing but I´m not sure.
The idea es (more or less): general on maw (-1 rend and ignore spells?), wardokk, 2 warchanters, 30 archers, 6 gore gruntas, 5 brutes and idol. During the first turn, all the buffs into the rock and throw it into the enemy lines, and the next turn use the warchanters over maw and gruntas ant the two buffs of +1 save into the archers for secure my objetives. Archers and make some wounds on enemy monsters or try to kill some little heroes, but is hard.
I´m not sure about the list, but I´m afraid about orruks with the current meta. Any idea for playing maw and idol?

Hello, everyone!
I'm just starting my adventure with IDK - right now I'm looking for an optimal build for this army. Any opinions for the list below will be appreciated.Allegiance: Idoneth Deepkin
Leaders
Volturnos, High King of the Deep (270)
- General
- Mount Trait: Voidchill Darkness
Battleline
3 x Akhelian Morrsarr Guard (170)
3 x Akhelian Morrsarr Guard (170)
3 x Akhelian Ishlaen Guard (140)
3 x Akhelian Ishlaen Guard (140)
Units
1 x Akhelian Allopexes (110)
- Retarius Net Launcher
1 x Akhelian Allopexes (110)
- Retarius Net Launcher
Behemoths
Akhelian Leviadon (340)
- Mount Trait: Reverberating Carapace
Akhelian Leviadon (340)
- Mount Trait: Denizen of the Darkest Depths
Battalions
Akhelian Corps (100)
Akhelian Corps (100)
Total: 1990 / 2000
Extra Command Points: 2
Allies: 0 / 400
Wounds: 104
Two turtles are fine, but you can drop one Corps Battalion.
Also, I think that you would need more characters for some missions. Maybe dropping one unit of eels and adding one Soulscryer with the cloack.
-
New units are cool but they´re not going to (probably) change the meta lumineth list a lot. Maybe one balista for the -1 or one fox bcs of movement.
The most horrible thing is the new wind lore for Teclis. So if Eclipse was not enough, now he can cast MW on 5s, avoid you to use habilities, teleport some spearmen... just crazy.
PD: I´m printing my own lumineths.
