Not really all the warscrolls, just here's your army rule, some stratagems and a few units.

These happened between the reveal of the launch box and the week before the start of the preorders.
After that, in the week before and after the preorder, we got the core rules and fulldatasheets for all the factions and in the second preorder week going up to the launch date we got points and Combat Patrol datasheets

Man I really like nearly everything about the new Stormcast except the helmets.
For Liberators it was the nose ridge, for the Reclusians it was that they don't have any decoration on top to they just look bald to me and for the Prosecutors its that you can see part of their real face.
Everything else I like except all the new helmets.At least now my pile of old Stormcast won't feel as useless if I can use their helmets to replace every single new one 😅

Yes, what I meant was that if it was its own sprue its likely to be that exact sprue again. If it was one from the box you could could at least get a different model this time

Not necessarily an actual box. If I remember correctly, 40k released a Combat Patrol list in White dwarf so we might just get Ironjawz Spearhead rules via a pdf instead of an actual box.
But if this happens it isn't unlikely we get that list as a box in the future

When I heard that rumour it sounded very strange since why would GW enter the MDF market where there are already quite a few manufacturers and give up their sprue terrain for that? But pre-painted MDF terrain would actually kinda make sense.
From what I can see via a quick google search while there are prepainted MDF manufacturers it doesn't seem like there are a lot of them and it should also be way easier than prepainted plastic terrain while still not looking too cheap. Which is important as GW would for sure not sell it cheap.
I still don't think that rumour is true and the idea about it being prepainted is just from me and not from the rumour but would still be an interesting path

The idea of a full SCE army with just two or three ordinary humans tagging along, though? I can't help but think they'll look a bit out of place.
Maybe the Ruination Chamber will have more attendants in the rest of the range, who knows. In any case, the Reclusians are wonderful!
I kinda want the attendants to be an upgrade.
If you don't take them the Reclusians can arrive via lightning but they have some kind of disadvantage like "can only charge the closest enemy" as they lose themself in their reforgings.
If you take them you can't deepstrike but don't have the other disadvantages and maybe get a few more wounds through them for the unit.
If the "Scions of the Storm" or "Stormkeep" choice is still in you could also include them in that. If your Reclusians are SotS they get deepstrike but no attendants. If they are Stormkeep they get extra wounds and a buff

Is it that odd? After all this is just the army set and as most army sets, its coming first with the individual releases at a later time.
Gunnar will likely release together with the individual releases of the army set units and probably DB6.

It could happen but 40k also got a few single reveals first and then showed off the rest together at a preview event.
Specifically they showed the Terminators, the Phobos Lieutenant, the Terminator Librarian, the Termagants, the Von Ryan's Leapers and the Winged Tyranid Prime in weekly monday articles with the rest together at Warhammer Fest.
The solo articles also got slots in the list of articles like the Liberators and Clanrats. The only difference is that they where in the same list as all the other articles while ours are split between "About the new edition" and "Model reveals" but that could just be for better readability

No idea about his streams but at least in his videos he never said anything about Fimir in Kill Team (Wouldn't make sense anyway)
But as far as I remember he did say something about Fimir back when they where removed from FW or even earlier but I can't remember what it was.

This is for sure not from the boxset as it doesn't look like it is push fit. So likely just a single character from the followup releases

Correct the two new heroes are coming in battleforces, but every faction also gets a new Combat Patrol with their book. And since they aren't getting an army set but a battleforce instead everything should drop at the same time. So a Battleforce, Codex and CP each.
Which doesn't necessarily mean both Orks and Custodes are getting released at the same time. They where revealed together but they could be released with a few weeks between them

Sure but its also not GWs modus operandi to react fast to such changes. Many Vanguard sets have characters in them that aren't availably outside of it so if you discontinue any of them now the character wouldn't be available temporarily. And with how long it took to get the Adeptus Titanicus titans back after being "temporarily" removed from sale for the Legions Imperialis reboxing I wouldn't be surprised if it took 1-2 months for the Grey seer to come back as a solo release even in the case that he doesn't get replaced by a new model in the launch set

For sure something for April 1st but that doesn't mean it won't also be a reveal, thats how Leagues of Votann got announced
