    We get +1atk but take MWs
    Enemy gets +1atks but they take MW's
    They get -1 atks but we take MW's
    Until I know i'll hold off. 

    Dragon Ogres didn't need to deal 1 MW and heal 1, thats not what is wrong with them, this doesn't want me to take them anymore than why i would take them now. They still are extremely bad at everything.

    Bullgors MW charge is fine, they would have had it from day 1, still not really helping them fix what we want them to do, dealing 1-3 more damage is not the fix. 

    Gors (not the keyword) can re-roll charges out of Ambush too bad they are one of the worst melee units in the book. If summoning counted as an Ambush that would make Gors a good option to summon over Ungors, but nope. This again doesn't address the issues with Gors, they are still not worth taking. They can I guess have a change to tie up a unit now? But its still a 9" charge even with re-rolls you can't relay on it.

    As an italian I can translate:
    Enemy gets +1 AT but suffers mortals on 1s to hit

    You need some chaff and some bodys for multiple purposes.

    I`m thinking about using only 2 units of 5 Blood Knights and spend the points on said units.

    I played Fyreslayer and had basically Vordrai, mannfred and 5 blood knights charge a unit of 20 HG and had the mannfred CA turned on. Still failed to kill enough and in return he did to much damage. I eventually won the fight but I had over 1000p stuck in 400p HG

    Sure, not the best test since Fyreslayer are hard for this list but still. Low model count is always a big problem

  6. Hey guys,

    I`m just wondering, since I find it hard to decide on a list, what would a competitive list look like nowadays ?

    I would like to focus on mortals, but would/can also bring some bloodthirster.

    What would a solid mortals list with bloodthirster look like ?

    My thoughts are: 2 Bloodthirster, 2 priests, 1 bloodsecrator, minimum battleline fore gore pilgrim (2x10 reaver + 1x5 warriors), 10 skullreaper ?

    After heroes and Battleline I really struggle to find some good combos or units in general, that make sense in that list.

  7. What about 2x10 Leadbelcher, Gnoblar screens for them, therefore  a Tyrant and big boys to finish them off (chargemortals and metalcruncher).

    I still think Slaneesh is an autolose, since it is designed for winning vs Mawtribes. But under the right circumstances... who knows.

    If it were me, I'd put the Brand of the Svard onto the Huskard and the Ethereal Amulet onto the FLoSH.

    Used it twice and it was the correct choice both of the times.

    That way you have 2 reeeally scary units.

    Can you try with a fresh tab and let us know what else isn't there still (if anything)?

    Tried it on multiple devices and browser. Incognito tabs work fine, no issues there. If I browse "normally" Ogor Mawtribes don`t even show up anymore.

    Should be fine though, since incognito works.

    Just some Feedback:

    Stonehorn Mounttraits are missing or not shown when stonehorn is picked, there are only the Thundertusk ones.

    Also some Tribe Traits are missing. Can`tr find Bloodgullet artifact Splatter Cleaver too.

    It isn't that surprising if you compare him to a 55p irongut boss or a 60p maneater. Don't get me wrong, he isn't that bad, but I see no need in him in a competitive list.  His CA really lost some worth too.

  13. Have a game in and want to share some thoughts:

    FloSh is a Beast when he charges. He kills everything. Impact hits, had the d6 mortals to good save trait (Combat vs a monster started with 8 Mortals before I even began to swing) and with ethereal and 5+ aftersave  he is really hard to bring down. Even few d3 healing is huge on him, since he doesn`t lose that much anyway.

    Tyrant is a total bummer. BS immune is cool on Gnoblars, the rest has a high enough Bravery imo. Damage output is very lackluster.

    Butcher magic is very unreliable. Had the 2 spells tribe but magic still was weak. In this tribe I definetly would swap the tyrant for a slaughtermaster or a firebelly

    12 Gluttons are beasts, but everyone knows i guess.

    I ran a combo with 4 leadbelcher in front and 4 ironguts behind them. Against soft or no shooting this combo was really cool. Shooting forces the enemy to attack you, the Leadbelcher soak some damage in melee and ironguts deal HUGE damage, its insane.

    Mournfangs are only playable with some buffs from tribes, traits etc.  If you are basically only using their warscroll, they are waaay to expensive in points for what they da.

    All in all it felt way stronger than before, but I see no potential to be top tier, from what I saw in this game. Maybe a BCR list with butcher and 12 gluttons? could be very strong. Still needs tons and tons of playtesting, but the most important part: This army is sooo fun to play.

    They didn`t change but Ironguts also hit on 3s now.

    I don`t see a reason to take maneaters over Ironguts (Maybe only if the 40 point differential opens up another combo you otherwise wouldn`t be able to do).

    But they are not too bad in a non competitive game.

    They are fine, I guess.

    Thats exactly the list I will try in a few days. I have a minimum of leadbelchers and a battalion along with what you listed.

    But no prayers for the FloSh afaik

  18. I`m very hyped but I honestly think it`s underwhelming so far.

    Ironguts would be good if the points almost remain the same but we get 4 of this buffed dudes. Compare to Blood Knights or other ~200 point elite units and it still would be fair (abilities are still no good).

    Traits seem way to situational. Not to bad but nothing that really shows any power boost. Have to wait what other traits look like, sure.

    Reading the Bonedudes spoilers (I think everything sounds really strong) and comparing it to our spoilers I can only hope we get something similar.

    They are Battleshock immune army wide. If we get our "reroll 1s to hit when charge" I feel underwhelmed.

    Typical negative thinking of someone who would love to see Ogors at least somewhat competitive and rarely has seen GW giving Ogres some love but hey... we finally got a new tome !!!

  19. First of all, thanks for your insights. I really want to try your list, love it!

    I still have problems understanding how it works though. Palanquin stays with grasps at objectives, so no use of her "killed hero ability" is the palanquin only used passively and as a destraction?

    Next is Neferata, does she fly up with the dragons? How do you keep her save positioning wise?  I always find her beeing overwhelmed even with -1 or -2 to hit.

    Last issue are hordes again. Fec summons 20 ghouls, this loses you the objective, doesn't it? 10 grasps won't help much, right?

    Or take cities, slaneesh, DoK with 2-3 30 model units. The dragons can do only so much, considering they also need to fight keepers etc. Maybe this will all solve itself playing the list often enough, but I always strugle with elite lists, although I would love making them work.

    Anyways, thanks again, will definetly test the list and if i somehow can squeeze 10 blood knights in it and still make it work, it would be a dream come true lol.
