I don’t remember him reacting to anything about Warcry, last things where Tzeentch, LRL, and Sons coming next, the RE creepers where related to the Sons release. And that cursed city expansion are not exactly new model releases like BSF was

I could be wrong but I thought he just said that this year's expansions don't include new models. That wouldn't preclude expansions next year having new models.

Is the StD stuff actually being revealed next week though? In light of the tiny tiny chance I win the comp I'm hoping for a full reveal of all the new squats.

Probably just a warcry box. Assuming legionaires vs. hashut.

I think doing a Skaven update justice would require it to be about the size of the Soulblight Gravelords release. GW would probably want to take the opportunity to remove all metal and resin from the range, which would mean redoing a lot of characters, the weapons teams and the Skryre Acolytes. Then, they would probably want to refresh the Night Runners sculpt at a minimum, maybe Clan Rats or Plague Monks as well. It sounds like a lot, but Soulblight had five unit refreshes, four small characters, two medium characters and a monster. I think it's within the realm of possibility that the Skaven range could be completel refreshed with enough room for a few new Eshin kits.

If the Skaven update is on budget mode, I would expect something like Nighthaunt is getting: A few heroes and a new unit. So Eshin skirmishing infantry, an assassin hero and one more thing. It's not what Skaven need, but it is possible.

For Sylvaneth, their model range is not too bad. I would much rather see them get the smaller update rather than Skaven. It would definitely be possible to establish an insect or Kurnothi subfaction within Sylvaneth with just a few kits. But I fear it will be the other way around: Skaven get the minimum and Sylvaneth get the equivalent of Lumineth wave 2. Just a hunch, though.

I think Skaven might need to be a new edition army to truly get done justice.

Wasn't expecting an Elden Ring crossover but here we are.

Just when I thought the scriptor mortis was the best Nighthaunt model so far they one up themselves. I love the creepier aesthetic of both this and the scriptor mortis. Also love the different spirit hosts for once.

I feel like we already know what coming for Adepticon given the battle tome roadmap, it just has to be reveal.

I'm simple to please this time around. Just the full zombie underworlds warband is all I need to see at this point so everything else is upside.

I think people are working on the assumption that these models were intended for Cursed City expansions but were released independently when Cursed City hit whatever roadblock it did. There is no evidence that that's the case and, personally, I think it's unlikey for most of them but Radukar the Beast seems like a no-brainer for an expansion. Hopefully with some new minions in tow.

I mean it still doesn't fit that he isn't pushfit, as much as he of course thematically makes sense. Also his base is bigger than anything ever done for WHQ. The oval bases for Kritza and Annika also don't make much sense for WHQ.

Far more likely the extremely old rumor engines haven't shown up yet because they're related to expansions.

I  held off buying Kritza, Annika and Radukar the beast, even though I loved the models, in hopes we'd see a Cursed CIty expansion with them. Looks like I may get lucky for once. I did buy Belladama though, the model was just too nice to pass up, and her stat block is also very tasty.

I'd be shocked if any of the real expansions are already released models. The ones you mentioned could be White Dwarf articles sure.

In Blackstone Fortress I'm pretty sure all the expansions were new, pushfit models. If the expansions for Cursed City were existing models, they'd probably sell pretty poorly because the market would be limited to only Cursed City players, whereas for nice new models some people that don't play Cursed City will pick up the expansions too.

i don’t think it for the same model since the bone flute one is really old and probably for a model that been heavily delayed

I actually think it could be for the same model. Check out the hair in between the hands of the bone flute player. It seems to match the values of the the hair in the new pic.

Heavily delayed could mean Cursed city expansion, and there's nothing to say they couldn't have snapped a new pic of it now that we're bringing them back.
