Hi sorry if this has been covered, I note gw says temporarily out of stock on the brettonian core starter set rather than no longer in stock or no longer available.
Does anyone know if they are going to release another wave, I missed the first round went to quickly while I was otherwise engaged, and I ain't paying those dirty scalpers prices.

Yeah good to see some pro-active behaviour by gw especially when the books were put on ebay for a ridiculous price I remember I was a few minutes late for the inquisition kill team box ashes of faith and to see them on ebay for double the price was a real kick in the goonads. It's when I decided to give up on 40k and focus on AOS our stuff isn't nearly scalped as bad.
I thought they did a good thing with 9th indomitus starter for 40k making it made to order ruined a lot of scalpers days but then they stopped.

Yeah I get this 9th onwards put me off of 40k the game just have my necrons and marines all that's left.
Brettonia was my first army so excited for those. I wath thinking of getting the brettonia box and they could asl proxy some free guild campaign. Also could be used in narratives a random city has bee found etc etc or even a narrative fall into fec.
December/jan finish my khorne daemon force
Jan/feb - apr/may make start of ny fec get then built and begin painting. jun -sept probably be more painting. August birthday period evaluate what I have be good to finish t my manfredd legion of night army which has been my side project for a while now.
then September take on a smaller role i.e finish an unfinished force which for me at the moment is cities of sigmar, lumineth or slaanesh be good to then in also have a copy each obr battleforce maybe get a nexus also.
Also if there is a price 😜 rise this year pick up the shrine luminor, fane of slaanesh, bad moon idol, bone-tithe before the rise.
May also look into airbrushes takes so long to models one by one for basic infantry etc.

In the briardark book they call upon nagash version of witch huners and the order of azyr, the nagashi templars that hunt down chaos and threats etc that would be cool to get models. Would work perfect for an underworlds or warcry warband.

I was debating on the ionus box waiting to see the battleforce boxes
Boxes look okay chaos and ossiarch ones stand out for me will likely pick up these two.
If the seraphon had kroak and possibly 20 skinks instead of the Hunters be an instabuy for me. Seems like eBay will be flooded otherwise.
Soulblight I would have preferred a mortach would deffo make it an instabuy or some sort of other hq unit have the box from last year so suppose it could be bult as the named character.
seem like solid boxes if you need the units.
assuming price will be between £130-140
Now I feel better to buy me some dragonses precious.

Soulblight was for me as Fec was in the first book.

Just thinking chaos factions tzeench haven't had releases in a while doom knights? Or at least a new lord/hero last one I can think off was the magister on a disk.
I have a feeling after the last reveals aos will be a bit light book 3 and fec mostly hopefully more though!Spear shown the other day did look eldar could be tzeench tho or part of me was hoping for a new seraphon model akin to the eternity warden of old.

I feel like 40k last yea was clearing the big boss stock in time for angron and the lion as they knew everyone would buy those and ignore older models.

If ushoran is dropping, we just had the troll king there could potentially be two new named characters also (is there 2 or 3 more books for this plot)
What we really need is a new grombrindal/grungi and malerion (dreams can come true)

I would of expected a seraphon next year, they normally do the battleforce of a new range the year after. But if going characters I guess kroak would fit the bill.
Ossiarch you could have the soul mason and liege kavalos although the latter had the broken realms box. doubt they would do arkhan more likely karaktos.
The kit for arkhan would more likely be used in the soulblight as neferara or manfred. soulblight have ridiculous amount of character vampires.
Unless.the chaos box is warcry heavy I'd assume eternus as he is also the kit for the chaos lord.
Then that woild also mean no destruction, in the era of the beast, I think following the rule of new kits wait a year for battleforce next year we'd likely see an ironjawz one.
