@LLVIMO we may also see Legions of Nagash style books for Destruction and for Skaven.

This is somewhat of a dilemma for me. On one hand I would enjoy the variety in one army and the extra viability of currently underused units, but on the other hand with the way GW has taken these factions I would like to see what they can do with each theme when isolating it and focusing on expanding it.

For example, Firebellies on their own are a completely worthless faction, but what if they were fleshed out with a cool pacific islander theme? Aleguzzlers are a useless faction, but what if they were made to be an army entirely of giants, similar to Imperial Knights in 40k? Spiderfang and Troggoths can be fleshed out easily as well, both have strong themes. Greenskinz are quite a unique GW specific design, but I would be fine if Gitmob were rolled into them, as well as Maneaters being rolled into Gutbusters. Skaven are more of a candidate for a merged force in my eyes but they can still do a lot with each clan on their own.

This would be great! Especially with Theodore Brucker, since the current Freeguilds could bring Demigryphps as battleline. Hence having a general on a demigryph would be great aswell!

That's a good idea, his demigryph was a brilliant sculpt and quite large too, made for a nice and unique leader model.

Interesting that you mentioned Facebook, I hadn't considered it would be much of a hub for AoS discussion. Would you mind posting the link to the poll on there? The bigger the sample size the more we can get the message across that we want some of our models to return.

So I just noticed they fixed the description on the store page for the compendium. It's been changed from them coming from Ulgu, to them coming from Aqshy. I guess they realized they kept saying Aqshy in the warscrolls, ahah.

Ah, interesting, but kind of a shame as I think it would have been cool if the Legion was based in Ulgu, possibly because of exile similar to how Astragoth had exiled Drazhoath to the southern Dark Lands in Fantasy.

Somewhat offtopic but still relevant to the Legion, I posted a poll about what models the community wants back that I will send to Forge World as they said they are receptive to feedback on this issue of bringing back old models. It has the Skullcracker, standalone Bale Taurus and Siege Giant on there. Feel free to drop a vote. https://strawpoll.com/kbs7ddr3

Right now I'm at a weird point at which I don't know if I should get Soul Wars or wait for the battletome and buy units separately.

Sequitors are at an odd number, multipart Evocators look a lot better, Castigators are pretty meh (and have the ETB kit anyway) and I don't need the Lord Arcanum (I will wait for the Tauralon). Only things I really need are the Incantor and the Balista.

Damn GW! This box is a trap!

Same dilemma I share. I think if I do get into Stormcast, I'll grab them separately for the customization and completeness.

I read the product description of the new rules on the Forge World website and it mentions that chaos dwarves are based in Ulgu. While I know everyone can come from any realm it's interesting since the rules mention their affinity to Aqshy.

I was thinking about this well and I believe that the wording indicates that the Chaos Dwarf race as a whole originates in Aqshy, but the Legion of Azgorh still exists as its own faction of the Chaos Dwarfs and they have based themselves in Ulgu.

If you guys didn't notice, they also rolled back the "Zharr Goroth" keyword to "Dawi Zharr."
